MightyCall vs JustCall: the seat minimums, the dialers, and which one to buy

By Abhi Chawla, founder · Last updated October 8, 2026

MightyCall and JustCall are both phone systems that sell a dialer on a higher plan. I read both pricing pages today, applied the seat minimum each one prints on its cards, and priced the month for one rep, three and five. Aircall sits beside them because it is the third name on most of these shortlists, and DialSheet sits beside all three because a team that only needs to dial a list is paying for a phone system it may not use.

MightyCall vs JustCall pricing: what a small team actually pays

The per-user price on each card is not the number you pay until the minimum is applied. A solo caller on MightyCall Power pays for three seats; on JustCall Pro, for two. Both vendors put the minutes in the seat, so the bill does not move with how much you dial. Ours does, because the minutes are Twilio’s and you pay them at cost.

5~$215~$280$270 ($325 monthly)$245 ($345 monthly)$274

Per month. Vendor seats on annual billing with each one's printed minimum applied (MightyCall 3, JustCall 2, Aircall 3), read October 8, 2026 (Aircall September 30, with $6 for each rep's extra number). DialSheet: Pro ($29 first seat, $29 each after) plus each rep's own Twilio from perRepTelephony(): 21 working days, 25% voicemail, 10% connects at three minutes, both call legs, one number.

DialSheet, 1 rep, 50/day~$43seat + Twilio
MightyCall Power floor$1623 seats, annual
JustCall Pro floor$982 licences, annual

Read the 100-a-day column too. Three full-time reps at 100 dials a day each are about $168 here, more than JustCall Pro’s $147 on annual billing. A DialSheet seat on its own Twilio passes a JustCall Pro seat at about 74 dials a rep a day (150 against the monthly price) and a MightyCall Power seat at about 93 (136 monthly). Below those lines, and wherever a minimum makes you pay for seats nobody sits in, the metered seat is the cheaper one.

What a cold call costs on DialSheet and your own Twilio: ~$0.014/min a minute and ~$1.15/month a number, billed by Twilio with nothing added. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

Which plan holds the dialer

Both products are phone systems first, and both keep the dialer off the entry plan. MightyCall Core ($20) and Pro ($38) give you calling, three numbers, recording, click-to-dial and, on Pro, voicemail drop and AI call summaries, but no auto dialer. Preview and progressive dialing, AI answering machine detection and local presence start on Power at $54, and Power and Enterprise are sold through a sales call (“Let’s talk”). Predictive dialing, up to 10 lines per agent, is Enterprise only.

JustCall Team ($29) has no dialer. The power dialer appears on Pro at $49 beside bulk SMS, queue callback and the Salesforce CTI integration, and Pro Plus ($89) adds AI coaching. Multi-line dialing is a separate product on JustCall’s Sales Suite tab, SalesPro, with no published price and a two-licence minimum.

DialSheet does both modes from one seat. Power Dial calls one number at a time with auto-advance and one-click outcomes; the parallel dialer rings two to 5 numbers with voicemail screening and hands the rep the person who answers. The trade-offs are in parallel dialer vs power dialer.

Parallel dialing in DialSheet: several lines ring at once, voicemail greetings are screened out, and the rep gets the person who answers. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

Aircall vs MightyCall

Aircall is the third name on most MightyCall shortlists. Its Power Dialer is on Professional, $50 a licence annual or $70 monthly, with a 3-licence minimum and one number per account ($6 for each extra). That puts three reps at about $162 a month against MightyCall Power’s $162, a near tie on annual billing; month to month MightyCall is cheaper, at $195 against $222.

The difference is in the dialer. Aircall’s Power Dialer is sequential, one call at a time, with no parallel or predictive mode at any tier; MightyCall adds predictive on Enterprise. Aircall is the pick when the calls must live inside Salesforce, HubSpot or Zendesk; MightyCall when you want three numbers per user and predictive on the same system. On G2, Aircall scores 4.4/5 from 1,532 reviews and MightyCall 4.4/5 from 348 reviews. The Aircall side in full is in Aircall vs JustCall and Aircall pricing.

MightyCall vs JustCall features, and what people complain about

What MightyCall does well

Three numbers per user, unlimited inbound, call queues, IVR and a no-code call flow designer; a blended agent workspace where a rep on the dialer can also take inbound; predictive dialing on up to 10 lines on Enterprise; a 7-day trial with 100 minutes.

What JustCall does well

The cheaper power dialer ($49 a licence annual), a two-licence floor rather than three, texting and bulk SMS from Pro, local numbers in 70-plus countries, and a long integration list including Salesforce CTI on Pro.

What people complain about: MightyCall

Reviews on G2 (4.4/5 from 348 reviews, read October 8, 2026) ask for time-zone assignment by record rather than by campaign, for an automatic voicemail drop that runs without the rep on the line, and report the mobile app missing incoming-call prompts. The three-user minimum appears on every card, including the cheapest.

What people complain about: JustCall

CloudTalk’s August 2026 summary of G2 and Reddit reviews names dropped calls and platform stability; features are spread across tiers (dialer on Pro, AI scoring on Pro Plus, multi-line on a quote), and unlimited minutes exclude toll-free and international numbers.

DialSheet covers the outbound part of both: power dialing with auto-advance, parallel dialing on two to 5 lines in Pro, a recorded voicemail drop, recordings, transcripts and AI call summaries, a CRM and a Do Not Call list. In Power Dial the rep hears the greeting and presses V at the beep to drop the message.

Where DialSheet is not the right buy

  • No inbound phone system. No IVR, queues, call flows or three numbers per person. If the same tool has to answer the main line, MightyCall and JustCall both do that and we do not.
  • No predictive pacing. Parallel dialing stops at 5 lines. A floor of 5 agents parallel-dialing 300 a day each is about $780 a month here with answering machine detection on every leg, against $325 on MightyCall Enterprise with bundled minutes. That floor should buy MightyCall.
  • Narrower integrations. HubSpot is the one native CRM sync; others go through the API and call webhooks.
  • Metered minutes. A rep above about 74 dials a day pays more here than on a JustCall Pro seat billed annually.
  • A Twilio account first, about ten minutes, or the $49/month managed line with 1,500 minutes and Pro included.

For one to three people who already have their lists, call from a computer, and dial a block a day rather than a full shift, none of those apply, and DialSheet is a better buy than either: no seat minimum, no annual term, and a parallel dialer in the $29 seat.

If you are buying for a team

The team case is arithmetic before it is anything else: MightyCall charges the same rate for your tenth rep as your first, so 10 seats is $540 a month, while DialSheet is $29 for the first seat and $29 for each one after it, $290 in all, a difference of $250 a month that widens every time you hire. What that buys is a product built for teams: assign leads to reps, or let the team work a shared pool, a caller ID per rep, pinned to that rep, shared call scripts, so a new hire opens the same way as the floor, a team dashboard: assigned, connected, meetings booked, no-answers and talk time per rep, over any date range.

  • assign leads to reps, or let the team work a shared pool

  • CSV export of the whole stats table
  • invite by email with seats managed in one place

Who runs on it

A two-seat acquisition team and a nine-rep accountancy floor in our published case studies, a customer's own story on its own site, and a third-party listing.

Which should you buy: MightyCall, JustCall or something else?

DialSheet

One to three people with their own lists. About $43 a month for one rep and $129 for three at 50 dials a day, all-in, no seat minimum, month to month.

DialSheet Pro, parallel

A small team that wants several lines ringing per rep. Two to 5 lines with voicemail screening in the $29 seat, against a 5-seat Enterprise plan or a SalesPro quote.

JustCall Pro

A two-person team that needs a phone system, texting and a power dialer. $98 a month on annual billing for two licences, and unlimited in-region minutes if both dial all day.

MightyCall Enterprise

A floor of five or more on predictive with inbound queues. $325 a month for 5 agents on annual billing, up to 10 lines each, bundled minutes.

MightyCall vs JustCall questions

Is MightyCall or JustCall cheaper?

For the plan that dials, JustCall. Its power dialer is on Pro at $49 a user a month billed annually ($69 monthly) with a 2-licence minimum, so the floor is $98 a month. MightyCall's dialer starts on Power at $54 a user annual ($65 monthly) with a 3-user minimum, a floor of $162, or $195 month to month. Both read on their pricing pages on October 8, 2026. Cheaper than either for a solo caller or a pair: DialSheet, free for one person and $29/month per seat after, about $43 a month all-in for one rep at 50 dials a day on your own Twilio.

MightyCall vs JustCall: which is better for outbound calling?

MightyCall if you want predictive dialing: its Enterprise plan dials up to 10 lines per agent for $65 a user annual with a 5-user minimum, and Power adds preview and progressive dialing with AI answering machine detection and local presence. JustCall if you want the cheaper power dialer and more integrations: Pro at $49 with a 2-licence floor, and multi-line dialing sold separately as SalesPro on a quote. On G2, MightyCall scores 4.4/5 from 348 reviews (read October 8, 2026) and JustCall 4.3/5 from 2,370 reviews. For a small team that brings its own list, DialSheet power-dials and parallel-dials two to 5 lines for $29/month per seat plus Twilio, with no seat minimum.

Does MightyCall have a seat minimum?

Yes. Every MightyCall plan card read on October 8, 2026 says "3-user minimum" on Core ($20 annual, $25 monthly), Pro ($38 / $45) and Power ($54 / $65), and Enterprise needs 5 users ($65 / $75). So one person who wants MightyCall's dialer pays for three Power seats: $162 a month on annual billing or $195 monthly. JustCall's minimum is two licences on every plan. DialSheet has no seat minimum: one person can dial free on their own Twilio, and Pro is $29 for the first seat.

Aircall vs MightyCall: which costs less for a small sales team?

For three reps on the plan with the dialer, close to a tie: Aircall Professional is $50 a licence annual with a 3-licence minimum and $6 for each extra number, about $162 a month, and MightyCall Power is $54 a user annual with a 3-user minimum and 3 numbers included, $162. Month to month MightyCall is cheaper ($195 against $222). Aircall's Power Dialer is sequential only; MightyCall adds predictive on Enterprise. Three reps on DialSheet at 50 dials a day each are about $129 all-in.

Do MightyCall and JustCall really include unlimited minutes?

Both sell "unlimited" calling inside a fair-use policy. MightyCall's pricing page marks unlimited calling and messages "subject to our Fair Use Policy". JustCall's policy covers outbound calls to mobiles and landlines within your selected region and excludes toll-free, premium-rate and international numbers. MightyCall's own comparison page says JustCall includes 1,000 inbound minutes a user; JustCall's pricing page on October 8, 2026 lists unlimited inbound on every card. DialSheet meters instead: calls bill at Twilio's rate, ~$0.014/min a US minute, so a light dialer pays for the minutes they use and a heavy one can pass the bundle price.

Is there a cheaper alternative to MightyCall and JustCall?

Yes, if you will connect your own Twilio account and bring your own list. DialSheet is free for one person, with a list of up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month; Pro is $29/month per seat with power dialing, parallel dialing on up to 5 lines, recordings, transcripts and a CRM. One rep at 50 dials a day is about $43 a month all-in and two about $86, against MightyCall's $162 and JustCall's $98 dialer floors. It stays cheaper than a JustCall Pro seat up to about 74 dials a rep a day and a MightyCall Power seat up to about 93. It has no inbound phone system, IVR or predictive mode.
