    Use the Claude connection guide, or configure another compatible client with the hosted server URL.

  2. Authorize access.

    Supported connector flows use OAuth. Clients using a bearer token need a key from Settings → API Keys on Pro.

  3. Try a read-only request.

    Ask for a recap of a specific date in your time zone. Check the response against the calls already in DialSheet.

What is the DialSheet MCP server?

It is a hosted Model Context Protocol server at https://www.dialsheet.io/api/mcp. It gives a compatible AI client 30 tools for working with the DialSheet data and actions available to the connected user.

What can I ask an AI assistant to do?

Summarize a day of calls, find callback requests, draft follow-ups from available transcripts, create tasks, update leads, or review the pipeline. Email, SMS and sequence tools act through the accounts you have connected to DialSheet.

Can MCP connect DialSheet to any app?

MCP gives an assistant access to DialSheet’s published tools. A workflow involving another service also needs access to that service through a connector, MCP server or API. Availability and approval controls depend on the AI client you use.

Can an AI assistant make calls through MCP?

No. DialSheet’s MCP server does not place or answer phone calls. It can read available call records and create follow-up tasks. You make calls in the DialSheet dialer.

Is MCP included in the free plan?

MCP and REST API access require Pro ($29/month per seat). Your AI provider’s subscription or model usage, and any phone or messaging charges, are separate.

Can I disconnect the assistant?

Yes. Revoke its API key in DialSheet under Settings → API Keys. Requests use the connected user’s permissions and require an active Pro entitlement.
