Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Last Updated: December 12, 2025
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited actions and behaviors on the Dialsheet.io platform. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension or termination.
1. Zero Tolerance for Illegal Robocalling
Users are strictly prohibited from using the Service to generate:
- Calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without a valid exemption.
- Unsolicited marketing calls to mobile phones without Prior Express Written Consent (PEWC).
- Calls delivering pre-recorded messages (robocalls) offering goods or services.
- "Abandonment" calls (hanging up immediately upon connection).
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
You may not use the Service to transmit or promote:
- Scams or Fraud: Phishing, identity theft, tax scams, tech support scams, or any deceptive practices.
- Harassment: Repeated calls to consumers who have requested to opt-out.
- Illegal Goods: Marketing of controlled substances, illegal weapons, or counterfeit goods.
- High-Risk Verticals: Debt collection, multi-level marketing (MLM), payday loans, or gambling services, unless express written approval is granted by Dialsheet.io Enterprise Compliance.
- Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups.
3. Technical Abuse
You are prohibited from:
- Caller ID Spoofing: Transmitting incorrect, misleading, or falsified Caller ID information. All calls must accurately display a number lawfully controlled by the caller.
- Interference: Attempting to bypass the platform's rate limits, caps, or security measures.
- War Dialing: Sequential or random number generation dialing.
4. Data Usage
- No Scraped Data: You must not use lists purchased from unverified third-party aggregators or "scraped" from the web. You must have a demonstrable relationship with the contacts you import.
- List Sharing: You may not rent, sell, or lease the Service to third parties for their own calling campaigns.
5. Enforcement and Monitoring
Dialsheet.io reserves the right to:
- Monitor Usage Patterns: Analyze Call Detail Records (CDRs) for signatures of spam (e.g., short duration, low answer rates).
- Request Proof of Consent: Demand timestamped records of consent for any campaign at any time. A failure to produce these records within 48 hours will result in termination.
- Report to Authorities: Share data with industry groups (e.g., US Telecom Traceback Group) and law enforcement if illegal activity is suspected.
6. No Refunds for AUP Violations
If your account is terminated for a violation of this AUP, you forfeit all remaining subscription credits and will not be issued a refund.
