Yes. Billing is handled by Stripe; cancel from your billing page in two clicks and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
No. Every charge is non-refundable, including your first month and any minute top-up, whether or not you used the plan. The free plan is there so you can try the dialer before paying, and a paid plan can be cancelled any time and keeps running until the end of the period you paid for.
No. The rate you join at is locked for as long as you stay subscribed. We've raised prices before — Pro went from $19 to $29 in 2026 — and everyone who was already subscribed kept their old rate; people who joined at $19 still pay $19 today. The lock ends only if you cancel: rejoin later and you pay whatever the price is then. The same goes for the $49 managed line: it is launch pricing and will go up for new lines, and a line you start now stays $49 for as long as you keep it.
