MightyCall pricing in 2026: every plan, the seat minimums, and what the dialer really costs
MightyCall’s cards start at $20 a user, and every card now carries a minimum: three users on Core, Pro and Power, five on Enterprise. The dialer starts on Power and the multi-line predictive dialer on Enterprise, and both are sold through a sales call. Most guides on the first page of Google still quote a ladder MightyCall stopped selling. We read mightycall.com/pricing on both toggles on October 10, 2026 and priced what a calling team of one, three and five pays. We build DialSheet, which competes with MightyCall’s dialer plans, so weigh our verdict accordingly.

MightyCall vs DialSheet at a glance
| Option | Price for one rep | Pick it if | Key advantage |
|---|---|---|---|
| DialSheet Pro | $29/mo + Twilio, monthly, no seat minimum | You want parallel dialing without an annual contract or a seat minimum | 2–5 line parallel dialer, recordings and AI call summaries in the seat; calls at Twilio cost on numbers you own |
| MightyCall Power | $195/mo monthly, $162 yearly (3 users) | A team of three or more wants a phone system with a one-line dialer, and each rep dials past about 93 a day | Preview and progressive dialing, AI answering machine detection and local presence, with queues and IVR |
| MightyCall Enterprise | $375/mo monthly, $325 yearly (5 users) | Five or more agents need predictive pacing on the same phone system as inbound | Predictive dialer at up to 10 lines per agent, SIP trunking, custom integrations |
| DialSheet managed line | $49/mo, monthly | You want a number and minutes included, with no Twilio account and no seat minimum | A local number and 1,500 minutes (25 hours of calling) with a full Pro seat for the line owner |
MightyCall prices read from mightycall.com/pricing (monthly and yearly toggles) on October 10, 2026. The crossover counts DialSheet’s $29 seat plus Twilio minutes on both call legs and one number, at 21 working days a month, and applies only to a MightyCall team already at its three-user minimum.
Every phone system and dialer priced the same way, the plan that dials times the seat minimum, is on the cheapest power dialers; the multi-line field is on the cheapest parallel dialer, and the ranking on the best power dialer software in 2026.
MightyCall pricing plans: Core, Pro, Power and Enterprise

| Core | $25 | $20 | 3 | Click-to-dial only | $75 / $60 |
| Pro | $45 | $38 | 3 | Click-to-dial, voicemail drop | $135 / $114 |

| DialSheet Pro | $29 | $24 | 1 | Power and 2–5 line parallel | $29 / $24, plus Twilio usage |
Per user per month, USD, read October 10, 2026. Every MightyCall plan includes 3 local or toll-free numbers, unlimited calling and messages “subject to our Fair Use Policy”, and taxes and fees on top; extra numbers are $5 and international numbers $15 a month. Power and Enterprise are sold through sales (“Let’s talk”).
Pro is where most small teams land, because it adds AI call summaries, live call monitoring and voicemail drop. It still has no list dialer: a rep clicks each number. The dialer is on Power, and the step from Pro to Power is $20 a user a month, three users at a time.
How much does MightyCall cost per month for a calling team?
| Team | DialSheet Pro | MightyCall Pro (no dialer) | MightyCall Power, monthly | MightyCall Power, yearly | MightyCall Enterprise, monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 rep | $29 | $135 | $195 | $162 | $375 |
| 2 reps | $58 | $135 | $195 | $162 | $375 |
| 3 reps | $87 | $135 | $195 | $162 | $375 |
| 5 reps | $145 | $225 | $325 | $270 | $375 |
| 10 reps | $290 | $450 | $650 | $540 | $750 |
Software per month, seat × the larger of the team and the plan’s minimum. DialSheet’s column includes power and 2–5 line parallel dialing; calls are billed by your own Twilio account on top (about $27 a rep at 100 single-line dials a day, $43 on the parallel dialer). MightyCall’s seats include calling under its fair-use policy.
The first two rows are the ones MightyCall’s own cards make awkward. A solo caller or a pair pays for three Power seats, $162 a month at best, before a call. At three and above the per-seat arithmetic is fair, and the question becomes volume: past about 93 single-line dials a rep a day on yearly billing (about 136 on monthly), MightyCall Power’s bundled calling costs less than DialSheet’s seat plus metered Twilio. On parallel, DialSheet sells several lines in every seat, while MightyCall’s only multi-line plan starts at five users.

Is MightyCall good? What reviewers complain about
Ratings, with their counts
As Google displayed them on October 10, 2026: G2 4.4 from 348 reviews, Capterra 3.8 from 96, Trustpilot 2.9 from 172. MightyCall’s own pricing page shows rounded scores without counts.
Support and cancellation
The Trustpilot reviews Google surfaces complain about support and about getting a cancellation processed, and an r/VOIP thread from about a year ago describes five unanswered emails.
App details
Capterra reviewers report call and message timestamps that are off and a voicemail greeting played twice. A 2023 hands-on review noted a registered caller name (CNAM) took about ten days, longer than the trial.
What it does well
A complete small-business phone system: three numbers a seat, IVR, queues, call flows, a supervisor workspace and, from Power, a dialer with answering machine detection and local presence, plus HIPAA compliance and STIR/SHAKEN certification on the plan table.
Where MightyCall is the better buy
Two readers should pick MightyCall. A floor of five or more agents that needs predictive pacing and inbound queues on one phone system: Enterprise is $375 a month for five, with up to 10 lines per agent. And a team of three or more that wants a business phone system first, with numbers, IVR and a one-line dialer on the same bill, dialing past about 93 numbers a rep a day on a yearly plan.
Everyone else whose day is a call list should pick DialSheet: one seat at $29 with power and parallel dialing, no minimum and no contract, $87 of software for three reps, and the numbers and recordings in your own Twilio account. If you would rather not open a Twilio account at all, the DialSheet-managed line is $49 a month with a local number and 25 hours of calling, which is still under a third of MightyCall’s cheapest dialer bill.

How DialSheet’s bill is built
DialSheet is a browser dialer and CRM. Free covers one person with 500 leads and 500 calls a month on your own Twilio account. Pro is $29 a seat a month and adds the 2–5 line parallel dialer, recordings and transcripts, AI call summaries and script scoring, and the team tools: lead assignment or a shared pool, a caller ID per rep, shared scripts and a per-rep dashboard. Twilio bills the calls at ~$0.014/min a US minute and ~$1.15/month a number, with no markup from us. One rep at 100 single-line dials a day is about $56 a month all in.

Common questions
How much does MightyCall cost per month?
MightyCall's four plans are Core at $25 a user a month ($20 billed yearly), Pro at $45 ($38), Power at $65 ($54) and Enterprise at $75 ($65), read on mightycall.com/pricing in October 2026. Core, Pro and Power carry a 3-user minimum and Enterprise 5, so the smallest bill is $75 a month monthly, and the smallest plan with a dialer (Power) is $195 monthly or $162 billed yearly. DialSheet's Pro seat, with a 2–5 line parallel dialer, is $29 a month for one person with no minimum.
Is MightyCall free?
No. MightyCall has a 7-day free trial capped at 100 minutes, and every paid plan has a seat minimum of 3 or more. DialSheet has a free plan for one person (500 leads and 500 calls a month on your own Twilio account), and Pro with the parallel dialer is $29 a seat month to month.
Does MightyCall have a power dialer?
Yes, from the Power plan: a preview and progressive dialer with AI answering machine detection and local presence, at $65 a user monthly or $54 yearly with a 3-user minimum, sold through a sales call ("Let's talk"). The predictive dialer, at 10 lines per agent, needs Enterprise at $75 with a 5-user minimum, $375 a month. Core and Pro have click-to-dial but no list dialer. DialSheet includes power and 2–5 line parallel dialing in a $29 seat with no minimum.
Is MightyCall good?
For a small business that wants a cloud phone system with call queues, IVR and three numbers a seat, many reviewers say yes: Google showed G2 at 4.4 from 348 reviews on October 10, 2026. The complaints cluster on support and cancellation (Trustpilot showed 2.9 from 172 reviews the same day) and on app details such as call timestamps (Capterra). For a team whose job is dialing a list, DialSheet is built for that: a 2–5 line parallel dialer, recordings and AI call summaries in a $29 seat, month to month, with no seat minimum.
Why does MightyCall have a 3-user minimum?
MightyCall does not say why, but the pricing page prints "3-user minimum" on Core, Pro and Power and "5-user minimum" on Enterprise. For one or two callers that means paying for three seats: $162 a month billed yearly for the cheapest plan with a dialer. DialSheet sells one seat at $29, and a team adds seats at $29 each.
What is a cheaper alternative to MightyCall for cold calling?
DialSheet, for a team that wants parallel dialing without an annual contract or a seat minimum: 2–5 lines in a $29 seat, about $168 a month all in for three reps power-dialing 100 numbers a day against $195 for three MightyCall Power seats monthly, and about $216 for the same three on the parallel dialer against $375 for the five-seat Enterprise plan, MightyCall's only multi-line option. MightyCall is the better buy for a team that needs a full inbound phone system with predictive dialing for five or more agents.
