MightyCall vs Dialpad: which one dials, and what a calling team pays

By Abhi Chawla, founder · Last updated October 27, 2026

The comparisons that rank for MightyCall vs Dialpad weigh two business phone systems on IVR, AI routing and security badges. A team that makes outbound calls asks something narrower: which plan of each lets a rep work through a list, how many seats it makes you buy, and what the month comes to.

DialSheet from our published pricing; its one-rep month adds Twilio at 100 dials a day from perRepTelephony().

Two corrections to the pages that rank for this query. MightyCall’s own comparison prices its plans at $25, $45 and $65 a user without the 3-user minimum its pricing page prints on every card, and sets its dialer against Dialpad Connect, which has none. cloudtalk.io lists MightyCall from $15; the live Core price is $20 yearly.

MightyCall vs Dialpad cost: the month for a calling team

A seat price is not the month. Both rivals bundle US and Canada calling into the seat, so their columns are the seat times the minimum (Dialpad’s before the dialer credits it does not publish). DialSheet meters calls on your own Twilio account, so its columns include them.

A month, billed yearly where the rival offers it, October 2026. Dialpad Sell Premium $79 a user, no printed minimum, before the Contact Center setup and calling credits the Dialpad Dialer draws. MightyCall Power $54 and Enterprise $65 a user with 3- and 5-user minimums, 3 numbers included; taxes and fees extra. DialSheet: $29 first seat, $29 each after, month to month, plus each rep's Twilio from perRepTelephony(): power dial at 100 dials a day, parallel at 300 with answering machine detection on every dial, 21 working days, 25% voicemail, 10% connects at 3 minutes, billed minutes at $0.014, the browser leg at $0.004, one number each.

MightyCall dialer floor$1623 Power users, yearly
Dialpad dialer seat$79Sell Premium, before credits
Dialpad crossover189/daydials a rep, one line

Where we lose, in numbers. A Dialpad Sell Premium rep is a flat $79 a month with minutes bundled, so past about 189 single-line dials a rep a day it costs less than a DialSheet rep paying Twilio by the minute, once you set aside the dialer credits and Contact Center Dialpad does not price. At three or more reps, MightyCall Power ($162 for three) is cheaper past about 93 dials a rep a day. A floor of five or more that parallel-dials past about 85 numbers a rep a day pays less on MightyCall Enterprise’s predictive seat. A team of one or two, a team that pays by the month, or one that wants parallel dialing without a five-seat floor is still better off on DialSheet.

The dialer each one sells, and the one neither sells

MightyCall sells three modes on two plans. Power adds a preview dialer (the rep sees the record, then dials), a progressive dialer (the next number dials when the rep is free), AI answering machine detection, local presence and a National Do Not Call Registry integration. Enterprise adds the predictive dialer, which places up to 10 calls per agent and paces them across the floor, with a 5-user minimum. Core and Pro have click-to-dial only (the difference between preview, progressive, power and predictive is set out in power dialer vs predictive dialer vs auto dialer). MightyCall’s trial runs 7 days and 100 minutes, with the auto dialer switched on whatever plan you picked.

Dialpad splits the phone system from the sales product. Connect is calls, texts, meetings and AI recaps with no list dialer. Sell adds coaching on Essentials ($39), local presence and voicemail drop on Advanced ($59), and the Dialpad Dialer on Premium ($79): a progressive dialer that runs campaigns inside a Contact Center. The older Salesforce-only Powerdialer that MightyCall’s comparison prices at $110 is now marked a legacy feature in Dialpad’s help centre.

DialSheet runs a single-line Power Dial and a parallel dialer from the same seat. The parallel dialer rings 2–5 lines for one rep, screens voicemail and connects the first person who answers, with no floor of agents to pace across, so a single rep gets the multi-line speed MightyCall keeps behind a five-seat plan. Lists come in from a CSV, Google Sheets or the API.

DialSheet's parallel dialer rings several lines at once, screens voicemail, and connects the first person who answers. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

Keep Dialpad or MightyCall for the phones, add a dialer for the list

Many teams that land on this comparison already run one of the two as the company phone system and only need the outbound piece. Keeping Dialpad Connect Standard at $15 a user for inbound and adding a DialSheet seat for the list comes to about $213 a month for three reps at 100 dials a day, against $237 to move the same three to Sell Premium. MightyCall Core plus DialSheet works the same way, though Core’s 3-user minimum still applies. DialSheet calls from your own Twilio numbers, so outbound caller ID is a number you own, separate from the inbound line.

Two ways to run DialSheet: your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min, or a managed line with a local number and minutes included. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

Is MightyCall good, and what Dialpad users complain about

RatingDialpadMightyCall

G2 scores and review counts as tabulated on cloudtalk.io/mightycall-vs-dialpad, read October 27, 2026. MightyCall's own pages show 4.5 on G2 and 4.0 on Trustpilot and Capterra without counts. DialSheet has no third-party rating; the proof further down is where to check us.

What people complain about: Dialpad

Taxes and fees that push the invoice past the list price, call quality that needs network tuning on some office connections (both from a G2 review MightyCall quotes on its comparison page), a learning curve on the AI features, and a dialer that sits two tiers above the plan most teams buy.

What people complain about: MightyCall

Support responsiveness on some accounts, cancellation, and calls or numbers that misbehave: G2’s review summary groups complaints under call issues, number issues and dialer issues (read October 18, 2026). Fewer native integrations than Dialpad, and a 3-user minimum on every plan.

What DialSheet does not do

If you are buying for a team

A DialSheet team is $29 for the first seat and $29 for each rep after it, with no minimum: $290 of software for ten, against $540 for ten MightyCall Power users and $790 for ten Dialpad Sell Premium seats, before DialSheet’s Twilio minutes. What ships in that seat for a manager: assign leads to reps, or let the team work a shared pool; a caller ID per rep, pinned to that rep; shared call scripts, so a new hire opens the same way as the floor; a team dashboard: assigned, connected, meetings booked, no-answers and talk time per rep, over any date range. Our published accountancy outbound floor runs its calling on it. If Aircall is on the same shortlist, Aircall vs MightyCall and Aircall vs Dialpad price those pairs, and MightyCall pricing lists every plan and add-on.

MightyCall vs Dialpad questions

Is MightyCall or Dialpad better for outbound calling?

For a team whose job is dialing a list, DialSheet is the stronger buy than either: a power dialer and a 2–5 line parallel dialer in one $29 seat, month to month, with no seat minimum; one rep power-dialing 100 numbers a day is about $56 a month all in. Between the two phone systems, MightyCall sells more dialing modes for less (preview and progressive on Power at $54 a user yearly with a 3-user minimum, predictive on Enterprise), and Dialpad sells the stronger live AI coaching, with its progressive Dialpad Dialer on Sell Premium at $79 a user. Neither sells a parallel dialer to a single rep.

How much does MightyCall cost per month?

As of October 27, 2026, MightyCall is $20 (Core), $38 (Pro), $54 (Power) and $65 (Enterprise) a user a month billed yearly, or $25, $45, $65 and $75 monthly. Core, Pro and Power have a 3-user minimum and Enterprise has 5, so the cheapest MightyCall with a dialer is Power at $162 a month yearly ($195 monthly), and predictive starts at $325. Taxes and fees are added to the invoice. DialSheet is free for one person, with a list of up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month, then $29/month per seat with calls on your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min.

Does Dialpad have a power dialer?

Not on Dialpad Connect, the phone system most teams buy ($15 or $25 a user yearly). The Dialpad Dialer, a progressive dialer, is part of Dialpad Sell, and Dialpad's help centre says it needs Sell Premium licences ($79 a user yearly, $95 monthly) assigned to a Contact Center, plus outbound calling credits it does not price publicly. Dialpad Support Essentials ($89 yearly) also lists a Power Dialer. DialSheet includes power dialing on its free plan and a 2–5 line parallel dialer in Pro at $29/month per seat.

MightyCall vs Dialpad cost: what does a three-rep calling team pay?

Three reps on the plan that holds each dialer, billed yearly: MightyCall Power $162 a month and Dialpad Sell Premium $237 before Dialpad's dialer credits, both with US and Canada calling bundled. Three DialSheet reps power-dialing 100 numbers a day are about $168 a month all in, seats plus Twilio on both call legs. MightyCall Power is cheaper than DialSheet past about 93 single-line dials a rep a day, and Dialpad Sell Premium past about 189; DialSheet is cheaper below those volumes, bills by the month, and is the only one of the three with a parallel dialer in the seat.

Is MightyCall good?

For a small business phone system, yes by its ratings: 4.3 (500+ reviews) on G2 against Dialpad's 4.4 (2,000+ reviews), as tabulated on cloudtalk.io (read October 27, 2026). Reviewers praise the simple setup and responsive support; the complaints are support delays on some accounts, cancellation, number and call issues, and a 3-user minimum on every plan, which a team of one or two pays for anyway. For outbound calling, DialSheet is the alternative with no seat minimum: a 2–5 line parallel dialer in a $29 seat, month to month.

Who is Dialpad's biggest competitor?

As a phone system, most comparisons name RingCentral first, with Aircall ($30–50 a licence), Nextiva, 8x8, MightyCall and Quo close behind. For outbound calling the list changes: DialSheet (a power and 2–5 line parallel dialer at $29 a seat, month to month, no minimum), MightyCall Power ($54 a user, 3-user minimum), JustCall ($29–89 a user, 2-licence minimum), CloudTalk, Kixie and PhoneBurner. MightyCall is the one to shortlist against Dialpad when the team wants predictive dialing for a floor of five or more and does not need live AI coaching.
