MightyCall alternatives and competitors, priced with the seat floors
The lists that rank for MightyCall alternatives compare twelve phone systems by starting price and leave out the two things a calling team pays for: the seat minimum, and whether the plan can dial a list at all. Every price below has its minimum applied, and every tool says which plan, if any, holds a dialer.

If you are pricing the whole category rather than leaving one tool, start with the best power dialer software in 2026 and the cheapest power dialers, ranked by real entry cost.

Two corrections to what ranks. Google’s AI Overview for “mightycall vs openphone” prices MightyCall “from $15” with Enterprise at $50; the live prices are $20 and $65 a user yearly, with 3- and 5-user minimums. Ringover’s list of twelve prints a starting price per user for each tool and a seat minimum for none, including its own 3-user floor.
How much does MightyCall cost per month, with the minimum applied
MightyCall sells four plans: Core ($20 yearly, $25 monthly) and Pro ($38 / $45) are phone systems with click-to-dial; Power ($54 / $65) adds the preview and progressive dialer, AI answering machine detection and local presence; Enterprise ($65 / $75) adds the predictive dialer at up to 10 lines per agent. Every card prints a minimum: 3 users on the first three, 5 on Enterprise. A solo rep who wants the dialer on monthly billing pays $195 a month. Calling and texting are unlimited under a fair use policy, with 3 numbers included and $5 a month for each extra. The full plan list and add-ons are on MightyCall pricing.
MightyCall competitors with a dialer: the month for a calling team
A starting price is not the month. The rivals below bundle US and Canada calling into the seat, so their columns are the seat times the minimum on the plan that holds the dialer. DialSheet meters calls on your own Twilio account, so its columns include them.
| Team | MightyCall Power | JustCall Pro | CloudTalk + power | Aircall Pro | Ringover | DialSheet, power | DialSheet, parallel |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 rep | $162 | $98 | $40 | $150 | $141 | $56 | $156 |
| 2 reps | $162 | $98 | $80 | $150 | $141 | $112 | $312 |
| 3 reps | $162 | $147 | $120 | $150 | $141 | $168 | $468 |
| 5 reps | $270 | $245 | $200 | $250 | $235 | $280 | $780 |
| 10 reps | $540 | $490 | $400 | $500 | $470 | $560 | $1,560 |
A month billed yearly, October 2026, on the cheapest plan of each that dials a list: MightyCall Power $54 (min 3), JustCall Pro $49 (min 2), CloudTalk Starter $25 + $15 power add-on, Aircall Professional $50 (min 3), Ringover $47 (min 3, plus its per-minute dialing charge, not counted). DialSheet: $29 a seat, month to month, plus each rep's Twilio from perRepTelephony(): power dial at 100 dials a day, parallel at 300 with answering machine detection on every dial, 21 working days, 25% voicemail, 10% connects at 3 minutes, $0.014 a billed minute, $0.004 on the browser leg, one number each.
Where we lose, in numbers. With minutes bundled into a flat seat, MightyCall Power at three or more reps costs less than a DialSheet rep paying Twilio by the minute once each rep passes about 93 single-line dials a day ($162 for three reps, against $168 for three DialSheet reps at 100). CloudTalk’s $40 power seat crosses at about 40, and a floor of five or more parallel-dialing past about 85 a rep a day pays less on MightyCall Enterprise’s predictive seat. A team of one or two, one that pays by the month, or one that wants parallel dialing without a five-seat floor is still better off on DialSheet.

Why teams look for an alternative to MightyCall
The three-seat floor
A team of one or two pays for 3 seats on every plan up to Power, and for 5 to get predictive. That is the most common reason a small calling team ends up on this page.
The dialer sits two plans up
Core and Pro have click-to-dial only. Working a list one number after another needs Power at $54 a user, and Power is a “Let’s talk” plan on the pricing page, so it starts with a sales call.
What reviewers complain about
G2’s review summary groups MightyCall complaints under call issues, number issues and dialer issues, with support responsiveness and cancellation named in the reviews (read October 18, 2026). Fewer native CRM integrations than Dialpad or Aircall.
Why people chose it in the first place
Call recording and an IVR at a low per-user price. One r/smallbusiness answer Google surfaced today describes switching from Grasshopper to MightyCall because MightyCall records calls; Grasshopper still does not sell a dialer at any price.
Free MightyCall alternatives, and keeping MightyCall for the phones
There is no free business phone system on this list; Quo, Zoom Phone and MightyCall offer trials. For outbound calling the free option is DialSheet’s free plan: one person, up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month, power dialing on your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min. Pro adds parallel dialing, recordings and AI call summaries at $29/month per seat.
Many offices keep MightyCall Core for the main line and IVR and add a dialer only for the people who work a list. An office of 5 on Core with 2 of them on DialSheet seats, power-dialing 100 a day, comes to about $212 a month, against $270 for 5 Power users. When everyone dials, the split stops paying: three reps all on DialSheet at 100 a day ($168) cost more than three on Power ($162). DialSheet calls from your own Twilio numbers, so outbound caller ID is separate from the inbound line. If you are choosing between MightyCall and Quo as the phone system, MightyCall vs OpenPhone prices that pair.

What DialSheet does not do

If you are buying for a team
A DialSheet team is $29 for the first seat and $29 for each rep after it, with no minimum: $290 of software for ten, against $540 for ten MightyCall Power users and $790 for ten Dialpad Sell Premium seats, before DialSheet’s Twilio minutes. What ships in that seat for a manager: assign leads to reps, or let the team work a shared pool; a caller ID per rep, pinned to that rep; shared call scripts, so a new hire opens the same way as the floor; a team dashboard: assigned, connected, meetings booked, no-answers and talk time per rep, over any date range. MightyCall against a single rival is priced in MightyCall vs Dialpad, MightyCall vs JustCall and Aircall vs MightyCall.

MightyCall alternative questions
What is the best MightyCall alternative?
For a team that makes outbound calls, DialSheet: a power dialer and a 2–5 line parallel dialer in one $29 seat, month to month, with no seat minimum, and a free plan to start; one rep power-dialing 100 numbers a day is about $56 a month with Twilio minutes included, against a $162 floor for MightyCall's dialer. For a business replacing its whole phone system, Quo (OpenPhone) at $15 a user, Grasshopper at $25 for the account, or RingCentral and Nextiva for a larger office are the usual swaps; none of those dials a list on its entry plan.
Who are MightyCall competitors?
As a business phone system: RingCentral, Nextiva, Dialpad, Quo (OpenPhone), Grasshopper, Ooma Office, Vonage, Zoom Phone, 8x8, 3CX and Ringover. For outbound calling, which is what MightyCall's Power and Enterprise plans sell: DialSheet (power and 2–5 line parallel dialing at $29 a seat, no minimum), JustCall (power dialer on Pro, $49 a user with a 2-licence minimum), Aircall Professional ($50 a licence, 3-licence minimum), CloudTalk ($40 a seat with the power add-on) and Dialpad Sell Premium ($79).
How much does MightyCall cost per month?
As of October 29, 2026, MightyCall is $20 (Core), $38 (Pro), $54 (Power) and $65 (Enterprise) a user a month billed yearly, or $25, $45, $65 and $75 monthly. Core, Pro and Power have a 3-user minimum and Enterprise 5, so the smallest bill is $60 a month, the cheapest with a dialer is $162 (Power), and predictive starts at $325. DialSheet is free for one person, with a list of up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month, then $29/month per seat with calls on your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min.
Is there a free MightyCall alternative?
For outbound calling, yes: DialSheet's free plan is a power dialer and CRM for one person with up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month, on your own Twilio account at ~$0.014/min and ~$1.15/month a number. None of the business phone systems is free: MightyCall, Quo and Zoom Phone offer trials (MightyCall 7 days and 100 minutes), and Google Voice needs a Google Workspace plan.
Is MightyCall legit, and is it HIPAA compliant?
MightyCall is an established US business phone provider with public pricing, a 7-day trial and published reviews on G2 and Capterra. It says it is HIPAA compliant and offers a Business Associate Agreement on request (its own blog and support pages, per Google on October 29, 2026). DialSheet has no HIPAA attestation, so a healthcare practice that needs a BAA should stay on MightyCall or another provider that signs one; for B2B outbound calling, DialSheet is the alternative with no seat minimum.
Which MightyCall alternative has no seat minimum?
DialSheet has none: $29 for the first seat and $29 for each one after, month to month, with power and 2–5 line parallel dialing in every Pro seat. MightyCall needs 3 users on Core, Pro and Power and 5 on Enterprise; Aircall and Ringover need 3; JustCall needs 2. Among phone systems, Quo, Ooma Office and Dialpad Connect print no minimum, and Grasshopper bills one price per account.
