Aircall vs MightyCall: which one dials, and what a calling team pays

By Abhi Chawla, founder · Last updated October 18, 2026

The comparisons that rank for Aircall vs MightyCall line up two phone systems on IVR, integrations and security certificates. A team that makes outbound calls has a narrower question: which plan of each lets a rep work through a list, how many seats it forces you to buy, and what the month comes to.

Read October 18, 2026: aircall.io/pricing ("All plans require a minimum of 3 licenses regardless of billing cycle") and mightycall.com/pricing (feature grid and plan cards). DialSheet from our published pricing; DialSheet's one-rep month adds Twilio at 100 dials a day from perRepTelephony().

One correction to the page Google cites for this query: cloudtalk.io says Aircall’s monthly billing needs four licences. Aircall’s own pricing FAQ, read today, says three on either billing cycle, so the monthly floor is $210.

Aircall vs MightyCall cost: the month for a calling team

A seat price is not the month. Both rivals bundle US and Canada calling into the seat, so their columns are the seat times the minimum. DialSheet meters calls on your own Twilio account, so its columns include them.

A month, billed yearly where the rival offers it, October 2026. Aircall Professional $50 a licence with its 3-licence minimum, one number per account plus $6 per extra caller ID. MightyCall Power $54 and Enterprise $65 a user with 3- and 5-user minimums, 3 numbers included; taxes and fees extra. DialSheet: $29 first seat, $29 each after, month to month, plus each rep's Twilio from perRepTelephony(): power dial at 100 dials a day, parallel at 300 with answering machine detection on every dial, 21 working days, 25% voicemail, 10% connects at 3 minutes, billed minutes at $0.014, the browser leg at $0.004, one number each.

MightyCall dialer floor$1623 Power users, yearly
Aircall dialer floor$1503 Professional licences
MightyCall crossover93/daydials a rep, 3+ reps, one line

Where we lose, in numbers: at three reps the MightyCall Power bill is $162 and Aircall’s $162, against $168 for DialSheet at 100 dials a day, and every extra dial widens their lead because their minutes are bundled. A team of three or more that power-dials past about 93 numbers a rep a day on one line and pays yearly spends less on MightyCall Power; past about 101, less on Aircall Professional. On monthly billing MightyCall’s crossover moves out to about 136 dials a day. A floor of five or more that parallel-dials past about 85 numbers a rep a day pays less on MightyCall Enterprise’s predictive seat. A team of one or two, a team that pays by the month, or one that wants parallel dialing without a five-seat floor is still better off on DialSheet.

A three-rep DialSheet team: $87 a month of software, no seat minimum, free for one person. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

The dialer each one sells, and the one neither sells

Aircall sells the Power Dialer on Professional: a rep loads a list from the CRM and the dialer calls one number after the next, with voicemail drop and the call logged back to HubSpot, Salesforce or Zendesk. Essentials is a phone system with no dialer.

MightyCall sells three modes on two plans. Power adds a preview dialer (the rep sees the record, then dials), a progressive dialer (the next number dials when the rep is free), AI answering machine detection and local presence. Enterprise adds the predictive dialer, which places up to 10 calls per agent and paces them across the floor, with a 5-user minimum. Core and Pro have click-to-dial only, and both dialer plans are “Let’s talk”: no checkout, a sales call first.

DialSheet runs both a single-line Power Dial and a parallel dialer from the same seat. The parallel dialer rings 2–5 lines for one rep, screens voicemail and connects the first person who answers, with no floor of agents to pace across, so a single rep gets the multi-line speed MightyCall keeps behind a five-seat plan. Lists come in from a CSV, Google Sheets or the API.

DialSheet's parallel dialer rings several lines at once, screens voicemail, and connects the first person who answers. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

What people complain about: Aircall

Add-ons that apply to every licence (Analytics+ for call history past six months, AI Assist Pro), the 3-licence floor for a team of one or two, and support and billing on Trustpilot, where 29% of reviews are one or two stars by cloudtalk.io’s count. No progressive, predictive or parallel mode at any tier.

What people complain about: MightyCall

Support responsiveness, cancellation, and calls or numbers that misbehave: G2’s review summary groups complaints under call issues, number issues and dialer issues, and one Reddit poster reported the app never ringing for inbound calls. Four native integrations against Aircall’s 200+, and a 3-user minimum on every plan.

What DialSheet does not do

If you are buying for a team

A DialSheet team is $29 for the first seat and $29 for each rep after it, with no minimum: $290 of software for ten, against $540 for ten MightyCall Power users and $554 for ten Aircall Professional licences, before DialSheet’s Twilio minutes. What ships in that seat for a manager: assign leads to reps, or let the team work a shared pool; a caller ID per rep, pinned to that rep; shared call scripts, so a new hire opens the same way as the floor; a team dashboard: assigned, connected, meetings booked, no-answers and talk time per rep, over any date range. Our published independent insurance agency runs its outbound on it. If JustCall is on the same shortlist, MightyCall vs JustCall prices that pair, and MightyCall pricing and Aircall pricing list every plan and add-on.

Aircall vs MightyCall questions

Is Aircall or MightyCall better for outbound calling?

For a team whose job is dialing a list, DialSheet is the stronger buy than either: a power dialer and a 2–5 line parallel dialer in one $29 seat, month to month, with no seat minimum; one rep power-dialing 100 numbers a day is about $56 a month all in. Between the two phone systems, MightyCall sells more dialing modes (preview and progressive on Power at $54 a user yearly, predictive on Enterprise at $65 with a 5-user minimum) and Aircall sells the deeper CRM sync (a single-line Power Dialer on Professional at $50 a licence, 3-licence minimum). Neither sells a parallel dialer.

How much does MightyCall cost per month?

As of October 18, 2026, MightyCall is $20 (Core), $38 (Pro), $54 (Power) and $65 (Enterprise) a user a month billed yearly, or $25, $45, $65 and $75 monthly. Every plan up to Power has a 3-user minimum and Enterprise has 5, so the cheapest MightyCall with a dialer is Power at $162 a month yearly ($195 monthly), and predictive starts at $325. Calling is unlimited under a fair use policy. DialSheet is free for one person, with a list of up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month, then $29/month per seat with calls on your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min.

Aircall vs MightyCall cost: what does a three-rep calling team pay?

Three reps on the plan that holds each dialer, billed yearly: Aircall Professional $162 a month with a caller ID per rep, MightyCall Power $162, both with US and Canada calling bundled. Three DialSheet reps power-dialing 100 numbers a day are about $168 a month all in, seats plus Twilio minutes on both call legs. At three or more reps, MightyCall Power is the cheaper of the three past about 93 single-line dials a rep a day and Aircall past about 101; DialSheet is cheaper for one or two reps, bills by the month, and is the only one with a parallel dialer in the seat.

Does Aircall or MightyCall have a power dialer?

Both do, on upper plans only. Aircall's Power Dialer is on Professional and Enterprise, not Essentials, and calls one number at a time. MightyCall's preview and progressive dialers are on Power, with AI answering machine detection and local presence, and its predictive dialer is on Enterprise at up to 10 lines per agent with a 5-user minimum; Core and Pro have no list dialer, and Power and Enterprise are sold through a sales call. DialSheet's Power Dial is in every seat, the free plan included.

Is MightyCall legit?

Yes: MightyCall is a US business phone provider that publishes its prices on mightycall.com and lists STIR/SHAKEN certification and HIPAA compliance in its plan grid. Its ratings depend on where you read them: G2 4.4 (349 reviews), Capterra 3.8 (95) and Trustpilot 2.7 (172), as tabulated by cloudtalk.io (updated July 28, 2026), with complaints about support and cancellation. For outbound calling specifically, DialSheet is the alternative with no seat minimum: a 2–5 line parallel dialer in a $29 seat, month to month.

Who are Aircall's main competitors?

For outbound teams: DialSheet (a power and parallel dialer at $29 a seat, month to month, no minimum), MightyCall (dialer on Power, $54 a user, 3-user minimum), JustCall ($29–89 a user, 2-licence minimum), CloudTalk, Dialpad, RingCentral, 8x8 and PhoneBurner. For support teams the list is Dialpad, RingCentral, CloudTalk and Zendesk Talk. MightyCall is the one to shortlist against Aircall when the team wants predictive dialing for a supervised floor of five or more and does not need Aircall's integration catalogue.
