Dialpad pricing: every plan, and what it costs to dial a list
Dialpad sells four products on one pricing page, and the plan most guides quote, Connect, cannot dial a list. If your reps make outbound calls, the question is which Dialpad plan holds the dialer, what it costs per rep, and what the same team pays elsewhere.

If you are pricing the whole field rather than one vendor, start with the best power dialer software in 2026 and the cheapest power dialers, ranked by real entry cost.
Dialpad pricing at a glance: every plan, and which one dials
| Product and plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Dials a list? |

| Connect Pro | $25/user | $35/user | No: click-to-call, CRM integrations |
| Connect Enterprise | Quote | Quote | No |
| Sell Essentials | $39/user | $49/user | No: coaching, recording, CRM |
| Sell Advanced | $59/user | $70/user | No: local presence and voicemail drop |
| Sell Premium | $79/user | $95/user | Yes: the Dialpad Dialer, progressive, one line, on a Contact Center |
| Support Essentials | $89/user | $109/user | Power Dialer, inside the contact centre |
| Support Advanced | $119/user | $145/user | As Essentials, plus live coaching |

| DialSheet | $29/seat | $29/seat | Yes: Power Dial on the free plan; 2–5 line parallel in Pro |
Read October 28, 2026 on dialpad.com/pricing: the Connect, Sell, Support and Resolve tabs with both billing toggles. The Dialpad Dialer's Sell Premium and Contact Center requirement is from help.dialpad.com ("Setup Dialpad Dialer"). Dialpad prints no seat minimum on these cards; taxes and fees are added to its invoices. DialSheet from our published pricing, month to month, with calls on your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min.
Two corrections to what ranks for this query today. Google’s AI Overview and GetVoIP’s Dialpad pricing guide (January 12, 2026) both list Sell Advanced at $95 and Premium at $150 a user; the live yearly prices are $59 and $79, and the AI Overview’s Support prices ($80, $115, $150) are now $89, $119 and $149. Neither says that only Sell Premium and Support run a list dialer.
Dialpad pricing per month: what a calling team pays
A seat price is not the month. Dialpad bundles US and Canada calling into the seat, so its columns are the seat times the team (before the dialer credits it does not publish). DialSheet meters calls on your own Twilio account, so its columns include them.
| Team | Connect Standard (no dialer) | Sell Premium, yearly | Sell Premium, monthly | DialSheet, power dial | DialSheet, parallel |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 rep | $15 | $79 | $95 | $56 | $156 |
| 3 reps | $45 | $237 | $285 | $168 | $468 |
| 5 reps | $75 | $395 | $475 | $280 | $780 |
| 10 reps | $150 | $790 | $950 | $560 | $1,560 |
A month, October 2026. Dialpad Connect Standard $15 and Sell Premium $79 yearly / $95 monthly a user, before taxes, fees, the Contact Center setup and the calling credits the Dialpad Dialer draws. DialSheet: $29 first seat, $29 each after, month to month, plus each rep's Twilio from perRepTelephony(): power dial at 100 dials a day, parallel at 300 with answering machine detection on every dial, 21 working days, 25% voicemail, 10% connects at 3 minutes, billed minutes at $0.014, the browser leg at $0.004, one number each.
Where we lose, in numbers. A Sell Premium rep is a flat $79 a month with minutes bundled, so past about 189 single-line dials a rep a day (about 249 on the monthly price) it costs less than a DialSheet rep paying Twilio by the minute, once you set aside the dialer credits and Contact Center that Dialpad does not price. A team below that volume, a team that pays by the month, or one that wants several lines ringing for each rep is better off on DialSheet.
Does Dialpad have a power dialer? The Dialpad Dialer, and where it sits
Connect is calls, texts, meetings and AI recaps. A rep can click a number to call it, but nothing loads the next number when the call ends. Sell adds coaching on Essentials, local presence and voicemail drop on Advanced, and the Dialpad Dialer on Premium: a progressive dialer that runs campaigns inside a Contact Center and draws outbound calling credits. Support lists a Power Dialer on every tier because it is a contact centre first. The older Salesforce-only Powerdialer still works inside Lightning, and Dialpad’s help centre marks it a legacy feature. The difference between progressive, power and predictive dialing is set out in power dialer vs predictive dialer vs auto dialer.
DialSheet runs a single-line Power Dial and a parallel dialer from the same seat. The parallel dialer rings 2–5 lines for one rep, screens voicemail and connects the first person who answers. Lists come in from a CSV, Google Sheets or the API.

Dialpad Talk vs Sell, and keeping Dialpad for the phones
Dialpad Talk is the phone system’s old name; the same product is sold today as Connect. So “Talk vs Sell” is the phone system against the sales add-on, and the gap between them is $64 a rep a month if the reason for Sell is the dialer. Many teams already run Connect for inbound and only need the outbound piece. Keeping Connect Standard at $15 a user and adding a DialSheet seat for each rep who dials comes to about $213 a month for three reps at 100 dials a day, against $237 to move the same three to Sell Premium (or $45 for Connect alone, with no dialer). DialSheet calls from your own Twilio numbers, so the outbound caller ID is a number you own, separate from the Dialpad line.
Is Dialpad free to use?
No. There is no free calling plan on dialpad.com/pricing; Connect has a 14-day trial, and Dialpad Meetings has a free tier for video only. DialSheet’s free plan has no end date: free for one person, with a list of up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month, with Power Dial included. The seat is for when you want the parallel dialer, recordings and AI summaries.

What Dialpad users complain about
| Rating | Dialpad |
|---|---|
| G2 | 4.4 (2,000+ reviews) |
G2 score and review count as tabulated on cloudtalk.io/mightycall-vs-dialpad, read October 27, 2026. DialSheet has no third-party rating; the proof further down is where to check us.
Cost past the list price
Taxes and fees that push the invoice above the card price, texting that GetVoIP’s comparison (September 2, 2026) reports is capped at 250 messages a user a month before charges, and a dialer that sits two tiers above the plan most teams buy.
Fit for an outbound team
Call quality that needs network tuning on some office connections and a learning curve on the AI features (G2 reviews quoted on mightycall.com’s Dialpad comparison), and a dialer that rings one number at a time, so a rep waits through every unanswered ring.

What DialSheet does not do
If you are buying for a team
A DialSheet team is $29 for the first seat and $29 for each rep after it, with no minimum: $290 of software for ten, against $790 for ten Sell Premium seats, before DialSheet’s Twilio minutes. What ships in that seat for a manager: assign leads to reps, or let the team work a shared pool; a caller ID per rep, pinned to that rep; shared call scripts, so a new hire opens the same way as the floor; a team dashboard: assigned, connected, meetings booked, no-answers and talk time per rep, over any date range. Our published accountancy outbound floor runs its calling on it. If Aircall or Nextiva is on the same shortlist, Aircall vs Dialpad and Dialpad vs Nextiva price those pairs, and Dialpad vs Grasshopper covers the flat-rate phone line many small teams weigh against it.

Dialpad pricing questions
What's better than Dialpad for cold calling?
DialSheet, for a team whose job is dialing a list: a power dialer and a 2–5 line parallel dialer in one $29 seat, month to month, with no seat minimum, where Dialpad's own dialer needs a $79 Sell Premium seat on a Contact Center plus calling credits. One DialSheet rep power-dialing 100 numbers a day is about $56 a month all in. Dialpad is the stronger buy for a company replacing its whole phone system that wants live AI coaching, and a Sell Premium rep with bundled minutes costs less than a DialSheet rep past about 189 single-line dials a day.
How much does Dialpad cost per month?
As of October 28, 2026, Dialpad Connect (the phone system) is $15 a user a month on Standard and $25 on Pro billed yearly, or $27 and $35 monthly; Enterprise is quoted. Dialpad Sell is $39, $59 and $79 a user yearly ($49, $70 and $95 monthly). Dialpad Support, the contact centre, is $89, $119 and $149 a user yearly. Taxes and fees are added. DialSheet is free for one person, with a list of up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month, then $29/month per seat with calls on your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min.
Does Dialpad have a power dialer?
Not on Dialpad Connect. The Dialpad Dialer, a progressive dialer that rings one number at a time, is part of Dialpad Sell, and Dialpad's help centre says it needs Sell Premium licences ($79 a user yearly, $95 monthly) assigned to a Contact Center, plus outbound calling credits it does not price publicly. Dialpad Support Essentials ($89 yearly) also lists a Power Dialer, and the older Salesforce-only Powerdialer is marked a legacy feature. DialSheet includes power dialing on its free plan and a 2–5 line parallel dialer in Pro at $29/month per seat.
Is Dialpad free to use?
No. dialpad.com/pricing lists no free plan for calling (read October 28, 2026); Connect has a 14-day free trial, then $15 a user a month billed yearly or $27 monthly. Dialpad Meetings has a free tier for video calls only. DialSheet has a free plan with no time limit: free for one person, with a list of up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month, with Power Dial included and calls on your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min.
Dialpad Talk vs Sell: what is the difference?
Dialpad Talk is the old name of the phone system Dialpad now sells as Connect: calls, texts, meetings and AI transcripts at $15 or $25 a user yearly, with no list dialer. Dialpad Sell is the sales product: coaching on Essentials ($39), local presence and voicemail drop on Advanced ($59), and the progressive Dialpad Dialer on Premium ($79). A team that only needs to dial lists can keep Connect for the phones and add a DialSheet seat at $29, about $213 a month for three reps at 100 dials a day.
What does Dialpad cost for a three-rep calling team?
Three reps on Sell Premium, the plan with the Dialpad Dialer, are $237 a month billed yearly or $285 monthly, before the Contact Center setup and calling credits; US and Canada minutes are bundled. Three DialSheet reps power-dialing 100 numbers a day are about $168 a month all in, seats plus Twilio on both call legs, with the parallel dialer in the same seat. A Sell Premium rep becomes the cheaper of the two past about 189 single-line dials a day on the yearly price (249 on the monthly one).
