JustCall pricing in 2026: the plans, where the dialer sits, and the whole bill at 1 to 10 reps
Last updated September 4, 2026 · prices read from justcall.io/pricing the same day
JustCall publishes its prices, which is why it appears in every “cheapest dialer” list. Two things the lists miss: the plan the lists quote is the one without the dialer, and the cheap plan of a year ago is no longer on the page. Below is the lineup as it stands today, with the two-licence minimum and the outbound-minute allowance applied, next to a metered alternative.
The short answer
Team $29, Pro $49, Pro Plus $89 per user per month on annual billing, 2-licence minimum, 1,000 outbound minutes a user; the power dialer starts on Pro. The cheapest account that can power dial is two Pro licences, $98 a month. The $19 Essentials plan older articles quote is not on the page. Two reps on a free dialer with their own Twilio: about $49–$111 all-in, with no minute allowance.
The plans, as listed
| Plan | Per user / mo, annual | Min licences | Dialer | Minutes | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Team | $29 | 2 | No | 1,000 out / unlimited in | Phone system, SMS, integrations, AI transcription |
| Pro | $49 | 2 | Power dialer | 1,000 out / unlimited in | The entry point for dialing a list |
| Pro Plus | $89 | 2 | Power dialer | 1,000 out / unlimited in | More AI and analytics on top of Pro |
| Business | custom | 10 | Power dialer | Unlimited calling and SMS | Larger teams |
| SalesPro (Sales Suite) | custom | 2 | Predictive up to 10 lines, power, dynamic | Unlimited outbound | Local number bundles $75–200/month |
Per justcall.io/pricing, September 2026. Every plan includes 2 phone numbers and AI transcription; a 14-day trial is offered; AI Review Assist is $9 per user; the AI Voice Agent is a separate metered product. Monthly (non-annual) prices are not displayed on the page.
The two rules that change the bill
- Two licences minimum. A solo caller is billed as two on every published plan.
- 1,000 outbound minutes per user. That is about a 90-dial day at typical voicemail and connect rates; a rep at 150 dials bills roughly 1,743 minutes and pays overage or moves to SalesPro. The allowance is per user, so a heavy rep cannot borrow from a light one.
The whole bill: JustCall vs a free dialer on your own Twilio
JustCall bundles a minute allowance, so the fair comparison adds telephony to the metered side. DialSheet is $29 per 3-seat pack; Twilio bills ~$0.014/min on the carrier leg, $0.004/min on the browser leg including ringing, and ~$1.15/month per number. Light is 34 dials a rep a day (~$10 of Twilio a month, inside JustCall's allowance); heavy is 150 (~$41, beyond it). JustCall rows bill the two-licence minimum for a solo user and exclude overage.
| Reps | JustCall Team (no dialer) | JustCall Pro | JustCall Pro Plus | DialSheet + Twilio, light | DialSheet + Twilio, heavy |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 (billed as 2) | $58 | $98 | $178 | ~$39 | ~$70 |
| 2 | $58 | $98 | $178 | ~$49 | ~$111 |
| 3 | $87 | $147 | $267 | ~$59 | ~$152 |
| 5 | $145 | $245 | $445 | ~$108 | ~$263 |
| 10 | $290 | $490 | $890 | ~$216 | ~$526 |
Annual billing throughout. DialSheet columns assume 25% of dials reach voicemail (one billed minute each) and 10% reach a person for three minutes over 21 working days; a solo caller under 500 calls a month pays $0 for the software.
Where JustCall is the better buy
When the seat is doing phone-system work as well as dialing: inbound routing, texting from the same number, WhatsApp, a HubSpot or Pipedrive integration that logs every call and text without a CSV, and a team that wants one vendor for all of it. JustCall is priced fairly for that, and publishes its prices, which its nearest rivals do not. A team whose reps do nothing but work a list, especially at more than a thousand minutes a month each, is paying for the phone system and then for overage.
Things to check before you sign
- The monthly price, since only annual is on the page.
- The overage rate beyond 1,000 outbound minutes per user.
- Whether the dialer you need is power or predictive; predictive is SalesPro, quote-only.
- Number ownership on exit: whether you can port the numbers and export recordings.
No licence minimum, no minute allowance to run out of.
DialSheet is free for one person and $29 per 3 seats with power and parallel dialing, recordings and AI coaching on Pro, on your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min. No Twilio? A managed line is $49/month.

How much does JustCall cost per user?
As listed on justcall.io/pricing in September 2026, on annual billing: Team $29, Pro $49 and Pro Plus $89 per user per month, each with a 2-licence minimum, 1,000 outbound minutes per user and unlimited inbound. Business is custom-priced with a 10-licence minimum and unlimited calling and SMS. The Sales Suite's SalesPro plan (predictive dialer up to 10 lines, unlimited outbound) is custom with a 2-licence minimum. Monthly billing is not shown on the page; reviewers describe it as materially higher.
Which JustCall plan has the power dialer?
Pro and above. Team, the entry plan at $29, has no dialer. Pro ($49) and Pro Plus ($89) include the power dialer; SalesPro adds predictive dialing up to ten lines plus power and dynamic dialers. So the cheapest JustCall account that can power dial is two Pro licences, $98 a month on annual billing.
Does JustCall still have a $19 Essentials plan?
Not on the pricing page as read in September 2026. The lowest per-user plan shown is Team at $29. Articles and comparison tables still quoting a $19 Essentials tier are describing an earlier lineup; if a rep offers it, get it in writing.
Are JustCall minutes unlimited?
Inbound is unlimited on the main plans; outbound is 1,000 minutes per user per month on Team, Pro and Pro Plus, with more billed beyond that. Business and SalesPro list unlimited calling. A cold caller at 150 dials a day bills about 1,743 minutes a month, so the 1,000-minute allowance is roughly a 90-dial day; heavy reps should price the overage or the SalesPro quote.
What add-ons does JustCall charge for?
Per the pricing page: AI Review Assist at $9 per user per month; AI Voice Agent from $0.99 a minute pay-as-you-go or $99 (100 minutes) and $249 (300 minutes) a month; local number bundles on SalesPro at $75 for 50 numbers, $150 for 100 and $200 for 200 a month; SMS bundles metered by plan. Every plan includes 2 phone numbers and AI transcription minutes.
Is JustCall cheaper than a free dialer on your own Twilio?
Rarely for outbound. Two reps on JustCall Pro: $98 a month with 2,000 outbound minutes between them. The same two on DialSheet Pro plus their own Twilio: $29 of software plus about $20–82 of Twilio, roughly $49–111 all-in, with no minute allowance to run out of. JustCall wins when the team also needs inbound routing, texting in the same seat and the HubSpot or Pipedrive integration doing the logging, which is a phone-system need rather than a dialing one.
