CloudTalk pricing in 2026: every plan, the dialer add-ons, and the real monthly bill
CloudTalk prints three plans and a row of add-ons, and the figure on the first card is rarely what a calling team pays. The dialer sits in an add-on below Expert, Expert needs three licences, and the add-ons are shown billed annually. We read cloudtalk.io/pricing on both billing toggles and CloudTalk’s own help centre on October 10, 2026, then priced the seat a rep actually needs to power-dial or parallel-dial, for one rep and for a team. We build DialSheet, a dialer CloudTalk competes with on the outbound side, so weigh our verdict accordingly.

CloudTalk vs DialSheet at a glance
| Option | Price for one rep | Pick it if | Key advantage |
|---|---|---|---|
| DialSheet Pro | $29/mo + Twilio, monthly, no seat minimum | You want parallel dialing without an annual contract or a seat minimum | 2–5 line parallel dialer, recordings and AI call summaries in the seat; calls at Twilio cost on numbers you own |
| CloudTalk Starter + Power Dialer | $40/mo, billed yearly | One rep dials a single line more than about 40 numbers a day and will sign a year | US and Canada calls included in the seat, plus a full inbound phone system |
| CloudTalk Starter + Parallel | $64/mo, billed yearly | One rep parallel-dials more than about 81 numbers a day on a yearly contract | Voicemail detection and automatic voicemail drop, 10,000 US/Canada minutes a user under fair use |
| CloudTalk Expert | $147/mo yearly or $207 monthly for 3 licences | A support and sales floor needs Salesforce, wallboards and live monitoring with the dialer | The power dialer, real-time analytics and the Salesforce integration in one plan |
CloudTalk prices read from cloudtalk.io/pricing (annual and monthly toggles) and help.cloudtalk.io on October 10, 2026. The crossovers count DialSheet’s $29 seat plus Twilio minutes on both call legs and one number, and on the parallel dialer answering machine detection on every dial, at 21 working days a month.
The wider field, priced the same way, is on the cheapest power dialers and the cheapest parallel dialer; the feature ranking is on the best power dialer software in 2026.
CloudTalk pricing plans: Starter, Essential and Expert
| Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Minimum licences | Dialer | Smallest bill that dials |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $25 | $34 | 1 | Power $15 or Parallel $39 add-on | $40 power / $64 parallel, yearly |
| Essential | $29 | $39 | 1 | Power $15 or Parallel $39 add-on | $44 power / $68 parallel, yearly |
| Expert | $49 | $69 | 3 | Power dialer included; parallel $39 add-on | $147 yearly, $207 monthly |
| DialSheet Pro | $24 | $29 | 1 | Power and 2–5 line parallel included | $29 monthly, plus Twilio usage |
Per user per month, USD. CloudTalk read October 10, 2026; its page says annual billing saves "3+ months (≈ 30% off)". Every CloudTalk plan includes unlimited calls across the US and Canada per the pricing cards, internal and inbound calls, and local numbers in 160+ countries. DialSheet’s annual figure is the first seat ($290 a year); each extra seat is $190 a year.
The card that misleads is Starter. At $25 it is a phone system: click-to-call from a CRM, a web dialer, recording and routing. The Power Dialer row on that card reads “Add-On”, and the Parallel dialer row reads “Add-On” on all three plans. A buyer who reads the first price and expects to work a call list is really buying $40 or $64, and the add-ons are shown only with “Billed annually” beneath them, on either toggle.
Older guides still quote a $19 Lite plan (getvoip.com’s, for one). The pricing page no longer shows it, though CloudTalk’s help centre still lists Lite among the plans that need the dialer add-on.
CloudTalk add-ons and what each one costs
| Add-on | Price | Billing | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Power Dialer | $15 | Per user a month, billed annually | Sequential dialing, voicemail drop; included in Expert |
| Parallel Dialer | $39 | Per user a month, billed annually | Everything in Power plus up to 5 lines (help centre; the card says 10), answering machine detection, automatic voicemail drop; never included in Expert |
| AI Conversation Intelligence | $9 | Per user a month, billed annually | Summaries, transcripts, sentiment, call scoring |
| AI Voice Agents | $99 / 200 min | From $99 a month; $349 for 1,000 minutes | An AI receptionist and specialist agents |
| Branded caller ID | from $0.07 | Per call | Business name on supported US and UK phones |
| Spam remediation | Custom | Quote | Registration and remediation, aimed at teams making 70+ calls a day per agent in the US |
cloudtalk.io/pricing and help.cloudtalk.io (“AI Sales Dialer: Plans, add-ons and how to get access”, updated September 28, 2026), read October 10, 2026.
Two details matter for a calling team. The Parallel add-on replaces the Power add-on rather than stacking on it: CloudTalk’s help centre says it “includes everything in the Power add-on”, so a parallel seat is $64, not $79. And the help centre adds a step the pricing page does not show: parallel dialing also needs a Parallel Calling seat assigned per agent by CloudTalk support, and the new AI Sales Dialer is being enabled account by account.
On DialSheet the same features sit in the seat: the parallel dialer screens voicemail on every line, AI call summaries and transcripts are in Pro, and you buy branded calling or a number directly from Twilio at Twilio’s price, on the Twilio cost sheet line by line.
CloudTalk pricing per month for a calling team
| Team | DialSheet Pro, monthly | CloudTalk power, yearly | CloudTalk parallel, yearly | CloudTalk power, monthly (Expert) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 rep | $29 | $40 | $64 | $207 |
| 3 reps | $87 | $120 | $192 | $207 |
| 5 reps | $145 | $200 | $320 | $345 |
| 10 reps | $290 | $400 | $640 | $690 |
Software only, per month. DialSheet’s column includes power and 2–5 line parallel dialing; calls are billed by your own Twilio account on top (next table). CloudTalk’s seats include US and Canada calls. The monthly column is Expert because the dialer add-ons are shown billed annually only. On DialSheet’s annual plan the same teams are $24, $56, $88, $167 a month.
Where CloudTalk’s bundled minutes win: the dial-count line
DialSheet does not sell minutes. Each call is billed by your own Twilio account at ~$0.014/min a US minute plus the browser leg and ~$1.15/month a number, and the parallel dialer adds answering machine detection at $0.0075 a dial. CloudTalk folds US and Canada calling into the seat. So the honest comparison is a dial count.
| Dials a rep a day | DialSheet, single line | DialSheet, parallel | CloudTalk power (yearly) | CloudTalk parallel (yearly) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25 | $37 | $41 | $40 | $64 |
| 50 | $43 | $51 | $40 | $64 |
| 100 | $56 | $72 | $40 | $64 |
| 150 | $70 | $94 | $40 | $64 |
| 200 | $83 | $115 | $40 | $64 |
| 300 | $109 | $156 | $40 | $64 |
One rep, 21 working days, our default call mix (25% voicemail, 10% connects, three-minute conversations). DialSheet = $29 seat + Twilio. CloudTalk = the seat, minutes included up to its 10,000-minute fair-use line.
Read the table plainly. On a yearly contract, CloudTalk’s $40 power seat is cheaper than DialSheet past about 40 single-line dials a day, and its $64 parallel seat past about 81 parallel dials. On DialSheet’s own annual plan a teammate’s seat is $16 a month, which moves the parallel line out to about 112 dials for every rep after the first. Month to month there is no CloudTalk dialer below $207, so DialSheet is the cheaper monthly bill at every volume in the table.

Is CloudTalk good? What buyers complain about
What it does well
Inbound and outbound in one product: IVR, queues, callbacks, numbers in 160+ countries, 95+ integrations, and a parallel dialer with voicemail detection. G2 lists it at 4.4 from 1,938 reviews (read October 7, 2026), and Trustpilot at 4.2 from 856 reviews as Google displayed it on October 10, 2026.
Support
Trustpilot’s summary of its reviews says some reviewers found support slow to reach and unhelpful. Every CloudTalk plan lists 24/7 chat and email support.
Billing terms
CloudTalk’s own pricing FAQ: it “bills in advance and doesn’t offer refunds or credits for partial months”, and annual billing “comes with a 12-month commitment”. The dialer add-ons are shown billed annually only.
Marketing noise
The r/VoIP moderators banned CloudTalk about a year ago over what they called bot spam promoting it, so treat glowing Reddit mentions with care. CloudTalk’s own Kixie-alternatives post still quoted a $19 starting price in September, a plan its pricing page no longer shows.
None of that makes CloudTalk a bad buy for a contact centre. It does mean the pricing page is the start of the conversation, and a calling team should price the dialer seat and the contract term before the first card.
Where CloudTalk is the better buy
Three readers should pick CloudTalk over DialSheet. A rep who parallel-dials more than about 81 numbers a day and will sign a year, because CloudTalk’s $64 seat carries the minutes. A team that runs inbound support and outbound sales on the same phone system and wants IVR, queues and wallboards beside the dialer. And a team calling into many countries from local numbers, which CloudTalk sells in 160+ countries from one dashboard.
Everyone else, which covers most teams whose day is a call list, should pick DialSheet: the parallel dialer is in the $29 seat, there is no contract or licence minimum, a team adds seats at $29 each, and the numbers and recordings sit in your own Twilio account if you ever leave.

How DialSheet’s bill is built
DialSheet is a browser dialer and CRM that runs on your own Twilio account. Free covers one person with 500 leads and 500 calls a month. Pro is $29 a seat a month and adds the 2–5 line parallel dialer, recordings and transcripts, AI call summaries and scoring, and the team tools: lead assignment, a caller ID per rep, shared scripts and a per-rep dashboard. Twilio bills the calls to you at its list price; we add no markup.

CloudTalk or DialSheet: which should you buy?
DialSheet Pro
A rep or team that wants parallel dialing month to month. 2–5 lines in a $29 seat with no contract. The cheapest monthly CloudTalk dialer is Expert at $207 for three licences.
DialSheet Pro
A team of three to ten that will not sign a year. Three reps power-dialing 100 numbers a day are about $168 a month all in, against $207 for three Expert licences monthly, and the parallel dialer is in the same seat rather than a yearly add-on. Ten seats are $290 of software against $640 for ten CloudTalk parallel seats.
CloudTalk Starter + Parallel
A rep parallel-dialing more than about 81 numbers a day, happy to sign a year. $64 a month billed yearly with US and Canada calls included; past that volume the bundle beats metered Twilio.
CloudTalk Expert
A floor running inbound support and outbound sales on one phone system. IVR, queues, wallboards, live monitoring, Salesforce and the power dialer in one plan, at $147 a month for the three-licence minimum.
Common questions
How much does CloudTalk cost per month?
CloudTalk's plans are Starter at $25 a user a month billed yearly or $34 monthly, Essential at $29 or $39, and Expert at $49 or $69 with a 3-licence minimum (cloudtalk.io/pricing, read October 2026). The dialer costs extra below Expert: the Power Dialer add-on is $15 and the Parallel add-on $39 a user a month, both shown billed annually. So one rep who wants to parallel-dial pays $64 a month on a yearly contract. DialSheet includes a 2–5 line parallel dialer in its $29 seat, month to month, with calls billed by your own Twilio account.
Is CloudTalk free?
No. CloudTalk has a 14-day free trial with no credit card, and both dialer add-ons carry their own 14-day trial, but there is no free plan; the cheapest paid seat is $25 a month billed yearly. DialSheet has a free plan for one person (500 leads and 500 calls a month, Twilio usage only), and Pro with the parallel dialer is $29 a seat month to month.
Does CloudTalk include a power dialer?
Only on Expert, which is $49 a user billed yearly or $69 monthly with a 3-licence minimum, so $147 or $207 a month before the first call. On Starter and Essential the power dialer is a $15 add-on, and parallel dialing is a separate $39 add-on on every plan, Expert included. DialSheet includes power and parallel dialing in one $29 seat with no minimum.
How much is CloudTalk's parallel dialer?
$39 a user a month, billed annually, on top of a plan. It includes the power dialer, voicemail detection and automatic voicemail drop, and runs up to 5 simultaneous lines according to CloudTalk's help centre (the pricing card says up to 10), under a fair-use policy of 10,000 US and Canada minutes a user. The cheapest CloudTalk that parallel-dials is Starter plus the add-on, $64 a month on a yearly contract. Past about 81 parallel dials a rep a day that bundle costs less than DialSheet's $29 seat plus metered Twilio; below it, or month to month, DialSheet is cheaper.
Is CloudTalk good?
For a team that needs inbound call-centre routing and outbound dialing in one product, yes: IVR, queues, numbers in 160+ countries, 95+ integrations and a parallel dialer with voicemail detection. The complaints buyers repeat are slow support (Trustpilot's review summary), add-ons that are billed yearly, and no refunds or credits for partial months (CloudTalk's own pricing FAQ). For a team whose job is dialing a list, DialSheet covers the outbound side with a 2–5 line parallel dialer, recordings and AI call summaries in a $29 seat, month to month.
What is a cheaper alternative to CloudTalk for cold calling?
DialSheet, if you want parallel dialing without an annual contract or a seat minimum: 2–5 lines in a $29 seat, month to month. Three reps power-dialing 100 numbers a day cost about $168 a month all in, against $207 for the three Expert licences CloudTalk needs to dial month to month. CloudTalk is the cheaper bill when you sign a year and a rep dials more than about 40 numbers a day on one line or 81 on parallel, because its seat includes US and Canada calls.
CloudTalk prices are list prices read from cloudtalk.io/pricing and help.cloudtalk.io on October 10, 2026 and may have changed; confirm on CloudTalk’s site before buying. Ratings are as displayed by G2 and Trustpilot on the dates given. DialSheet is our product.
