Everything you will read about its price, here included, is what buyers and analysts have reported, and the reports disagree by a factor of four depending on whether they describe list price or a negotiated deal. This page keeps the two apart, states the minimum that matters more than either, and puts both next to a metered parallel dialer at the same headcount.

Where Nooks is the better buy
A funded SDR team of five or more on high-volume lists where the virtual sales floor, live coaching, AI scorecards and many-line parallel dialing change the conversations-per-hour number, and where the annual cheque is small next to the team's salaries. If the reps are working curated B2B accounts, or the team is under five, or the budget is what a small business calls a budget, the seat is buying a floor you are not running.

How much does Nooks cost?
Nooks does not publish a price; its pricing page, read in September 2026, is a form asking you to get in touch for a custom quote. The most consistently reported list figures are $4,000–5,000 per user per year, roughly $333–417 a month, on annual billing with a 5-seat minimum. Buyers describing negotiated deals report closer to $100–200 per user per month. Both are unverified against any Nooks page; expect a sales-led quote.
Does Nooks have a minimum number of seats?
A 5-seat minimum is widely reported, along with annual billing. Nothing on the Nooks site confirms or denies it, so ask. At the reported list price five seats is a $20,000–25,000 annual cheque before any negotiation.
What is included in Nooks?
An AI parallel dialer with answer detection and voicemail drop, call recording and transcription, AI coaching and scorecards, a virtual sales floor for live listening and coaching, and integrations with the sales engagement platforms and CRMs SDR teams already use. Minutes are bundled into the seat. Nooks and Orum have converged on very similar feature sets; the difference is mostly in the quote.
Is Nooks worth it for a small team?
Below the reported five-seat minimum it is not available, and at five seats on consumer or SMB lists with low answer rates the parallel dialer can pay for itself in conversations per hour. Nooks or Orum?
Orum states a nine-seat minimum on its own pricing page and is reported near $250 per user per month; Nooks is reported with a five-seat minimum and a wider range of quotes. Does Nooks charge for minutes?
Minutes are bundled into the seat, as with Orum. The price is the seat, which is why comparing it with a metered dialer has to add telephony to the metered side: at 150 dials a day a rep bills about 1,700 Twilio minutes, roughly $41 a month including the browser leg and a number.
