Kixie review 2026: the ratings, the complaints, and what it really costs

By Abhi Chawla, founder · Last updated October 30, 2026

Kixie scores 4.8 on G2 and 2.9 on Trustpilot. Both numbers are honest; they measure different moments of owning it. This review reads both, plus Reddit and Kixie’s own pricing page, and prices a seat with the add-ons and the minutes counted.

If Kixie is one name on a longer shortlist, the best power dialer software in 2026 ranks the field, and the cheapest power dialers, ranked by real entry cost prices each one at its seat minimum.

Scores and counts as shown on October 30, 2026: G2 and Trustpilot from Google's results for "kixie review", Trustpilot's score confirmed on its page, Kixie's from kixie.com/reviews. DialSheet has no third-party rating yet, so this page quotes none for us.

The two sites hear from different moments. The G2 reviews shown today praise setup, the HubSpot integration and the call window, which is what a new user sees in the first weeks. The Trustpilot reviews are mostly from customers with a problem, and on Kixie the problems cluster in four places, below. Neither score is wrong. Read G2 for whether the product works and Trustpilot for what happens when it stops.

What Kixie does well

  • One seat for calls, texts and inbound. Business phone service, SMS templates, IVR and queues, voicemail drop and live coaching sit in every plan.
  • CRM depth. HubSpot and Salesforce sync is the feature G2 reviewers name most, and the click-to-call extension works inside the CRM.
  • Minutes included. Every plan covers unlimited calls in the US and Canada, so the bill does not move with dial volume.
  • A multi-line dialer. PowerDial on up to 4 lines, with AI Human Voice Detection as a paid add-on.
  • A no-card trial. Seven days, per the pricing page on October 30, 2026.

Kixie complaints: what users on Reddit and Trustpilot report

  • Support after the sale. The most repeated Trustpilot complaint, across reviews from January to October 2026: replies by email only, sometimes days apart, and fast answers before signing that slow down afterwards.
  • Spam-flagged numbers. An SDR team lead wrote in May 2026 that numbers showed as spam despite paying for managed local presence, and that their own replacement numbers were flagged on day one. ConnectionBoost, the local-presence add-on, reports near $50 a user a month.
  • Annual terms and refunds. An r/LeadGeneration poster liked the trial but could not pay month to month; a March 2026 Trustpilot reviewer asked for money back and did not get it. Aloware’s reading of Kixie’s support pages is annual terms under 10 users and nonrefundable payments.
  • Connections. An r/WholesaleRealestate thread from October 2026 is titled “Kixie quality has become so bad it’s not even connecting me to callers”; the poster stays only because moving the number costs money.
  • The Chrome extension. A January 2026 reviewer could use the web app but not log in to the extension during a demo.

We did not test Kixie ourselves. These come from the reviews and threads named, read October 30, 2026; spam labels and connection quality depend on the carrier and the list as much as the dialer, and they happen on every platform, ours included. What a buyer controls is the term: on a month-to-month seat, a bad quarter costs a quarter.

Kixie: reported per-user quotes times seats, minutes included; "loaded" adds ConnectionBoost, Conversation Intelligence and DNC. DialSheet: Pro at $29 a seat plus each rep's own Twilio from perRepTelephony() (both call legs, a number, 25% voicemail, 10% connects at three minutes, 21 days), with answering machine detection at $0.0075 a dial on the parallel column.

Ten reps on Kixie Multi-Line report near $1,850 a month before add-ons; ten DialSheet reps parallel-dialing 100 a day are $720. The gap closes as dials rise, because Kixie’s minutes are included and ours are metered: a DialSheet rep parallel-dialing past about 371 numbers a day costs more than a Kixie Multi-Line seat, and one on a single line passes Kixie’s ~$145 Single-Line seat at about 440. Below those volumes, which is where most reps work, the metered seat is the cheaper bill.

Parallel dialing with voicemail screening, included in DialSheet Pro: up to 5 lines on your own Twilio. This demo shows four. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

On “is Kixie ahead of the pack as a sales dialer with built-in SMS”: for texting and calling from one CRM seat, it is among the strongest, which is why the G2 score holds. On price it is behind every tool in this table that prints one, and on lines it dials 4 to our 5. The alternatives, ranked with seat minimums, are on Kixie alternatives and competitors.

What DialSheet does not do that Kixie does

The real cost of a cold call on DialSheet and your own Twilio: one minute, one number and one rep's month. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

If you are buying for a team

DialSheet is $29 for the first seat and $29 for each after it, month to month with no minimum: $290 of software for ten reps before Twilio, the parallel dialer included in each seat. The team features that shipped: assign leads to reps, or let the team work a shared pool; a caller ID per rep, pinned to that rep; shared call scripts, so a new hire opens the same way as the floor; a team dashboard: assigned, connected, meetings booked, no-answers and talk time per rep, over any date range.

Who runs on it

Kixie or DialSheet: which should you buy?

DialSheet

A team that wants parallel dialing without a contract or a quote. Two to 5 lines in the $29 seat, $72 a rep at 100 dials a day, month to month.

DialSheet

A rep who wants to start free and see the dialer work first. free for one person, with a list of up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month, no end date and no card; Kixie’s trial lasts seven days.

Kixie

A HubSpot team that answers inbound and texts between dials. Calls, SMS, IVR and the dialer in one seat with US and Canada minutes included; get the term and add-ons in writing.

Kixie

Reps parallel-dialing past about 371 a day. At that volume its included minutes beat a metered Twilio bill.

Kixie review questions

Is Kixie worth it?

Kixie is worth it for a HubSpot or Salesforce team that takes inbound calls, texts and power-dials from one seat and dials past about 371 numbers a rep a day, where its unlimited US and Canada minutes pay off. For a team that mainly dials lists, DialSheet costs less: its parallel dialer rings two to 5 lines inside the $29 Pro seat, month to month with no minimum, and one rep at 100 dials a day is about $72 a month with Twilio against Kixie's reported ~$185 Multi-Line seat. Kixie publishes no price, so get a written quote before comparing.

What do Kixie reviews on Reddit and Trustpilot say?

On Trustpilot Kixie scored 2.9 from 104 reviews on October 30, 2026, and the complaints repeat: support by email with slow replies, numbers flagged as spam even with Kixie's local-presence add-on, annual terms with no refund, and connection problems (an r/WholesaleRealestate thread in October 2026). On Reddit an r/LeadGeneration poster liked the 7-day trial but could not pay month to month. G2 scores it 4.8 from 867 reviews, mostly for the CRM integration and setup. DialSheet, by comparison, is month to month at $29/month per seat with a free plan and no contract.

How much does Kixie cost per month?

Kixie does not publish prices; kixie.com/pricing, read October 30, 2026, lists three plans with no figures and a 7-day trial with no card. The ladder Kixie quoted in July 2026, as reported by Aloware, is about $95 a user for Professional (no power dialer), $145 for Single-Line PowerDialer, $185 for Multi-Line (up to 4 lines) and $215 with AI Human Voice Detection, with unlimited US and Canada minutes. Add ConnectionBoost, Conversation Intelligence and DNC and a Multi-Line seat reports near $305. DialSheet is free for one person, with a list of up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month, then $29/month per seat with parallel dialing included.

Is Kixie really ahead of the pack as a sales dialer with built-in SMS?

For calling and texting from one seat inside HubSpot, Kixie is among the strongest, and its G2 score (4.8 from 867) reflects that. It is not ahead on price transparency or on line count: Kixie's Multi-Line plan dials up to 4 lines at a reported ~$185 a user, while DialSheet's parallel dialer rings up to 5 lines in the $29 Pro seat, month to month. DialSheet does not match Kixie's texting or inbound phone system, so a team that texts all day should weigh that.

How does Kixie compare with other B2B outbound calling software?

Kixie sits between the phone systems and the dialers: inbound, SMS and a 1-to-4-line power dialer in one quote-only seat with minutes included. JustCall (~$29–89/user/mo (annual)) bundles minutes at a published price with a seat minimum; PhoneBurner (~$140–183/user/mo (annual)) is a single-line dialer with unlimited dialing; CloudTalk sells its power and parallel dialers as add-ons; Nooks (~$100–200/user/mo (reported; Nooks publishes no price)) is an AI parallel dialer for funded SDR floors. DialSheet puts a two-to-5-line parallel dialer in a $29 seat with calls on your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min, month to month.

Does Kixie have a free plan or a free trial?

Kixie has a 7-day free trial with no credit card and no free plan, per kixie.com/pricing on October 30, 2026. DialSheet has a free plan with no end date for one person, 500 leads and 500 calls a month with calls billed by your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min, and Pro at $29/month per seat adds the parallel dialer.

Kixie’s plans read on kixie.com/pricing on October 30, 2026; it publishes no figure, so Kixie prices are the quotes Aloware reported in July 2026. Ratings and counts as shown on October 30, 2026.
