Enzo Dialer pricing: what a wholesaler pays per seat, per month and in year one
Enzo is the dialer wholesalers name on r/WholesaleRealestate when someone asks what dials fourteen lines and keeps its numbers clean. Its prices are on its own pricing page, and I read both toggles and the FAQ today. Below is what an acquisitions rep, a VA and a three-person team actually pay, set against dialing the same skip-traced list on DialSheet.

Every wholesaling dialer with a price is ranked in the best dialer for wholesaling; the whole category is in the best power dialer software and the cheapest power dialers.
Enzo Dialer pricing per month: every plan
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Lines | Caller IDs | Minutes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $120/seat + $250 buildout | $99/seat ($1,188/yr) | 5 per agent | 35 per seat | All inbound and outbound included |
| Standard | $235/seat + $250 buildout | $185/seat ($2,220/yr) | 14 per agent, pooled | 100 per seat | All inbound and outbound included |
| Enterprise | $5,000/mo minimum | Usage-based | No cap | Managed | Paid per use at volume rates |
From enzodialer.com/pricing and its FAQ, both toggles, read October 31, 2026. Enzo's FAQ: no free trial ("We start with a quick discovery call"), no long-term contract, and a $250 buildout covering carrier registration, campaign setup and caller ID groups, free on annual plans.
Two things the plan cards do not spell out. First, annual billing means paying the year: the card reads “Billed annually,” $1,188 per Starter seat. Second, Standard’s 14 lines pool across agents in a shared session, which is how a floor of VAs keeps every caller on a conversation; a single rep working alone mostly needs Starter’s 5.
Some pages on the first page of Google still call Enzo quote-based. It is not; only Enterprise is.
Enzo Dialer cost per rep at 100 to 400 dials a day
| Dials a rep a day | DialSheet, one line (Power Dial) | DialSheet, parallel (2–5 lines) | Enzo Starter, monthly | Enzo Starter, annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | $56 | $72 | $120 | $99 |
| 200 | $83 | $115 | $120 | $99 |
| 300 | $109 | $156 | $120 | $99 |
| 400 | $135 | $198 | $120 | $99 |
One more seat, a month of 21 working days. DialSheet: a $29 seat plus that rep's own Twilio from perRepTelephony() (25% of dials reach voicemail, 10% reach a person for three minutes, both call legs, one number), and answering machine detection at $0.0075 a dial on parallel lines. Enzo: the Starter seat with minutes included, before the $250 buildout on monthly billing. Enzo read October 31, 2026.
Read the table by your own dial count. A rep power-dialing on one line stays under Enzo’s monthly seat up to about 345 dials a day. On parallel lines, where every leg bills minutes and machine detection, DialSheet costs more than Enzo’s annual Starter past about 165 dials a day and more than its monthly Starter past about 216. The two-seat acquisition team on our customers page runs about ~195 dials a rep a day, which sits right at that line, so at that volume the case for either tool is the terms, not the bill.

An acquisitions manager and VA callers: the team month
| Callers | DialSheet Pro, 200 parallel dials each | Enzo Starter, monthly | Enzo Starter, annual (paid yearly) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 caller | $115 | $120 | $99 ($1,188/yr) |
| 2 callers | $229 | $240 | $198 ($2,376/yr) |
| 3 callers | $344 | $360 | $297 ($3,564/yr) |
| 5 callers | $573 | $600 | $495 ($5,940/yr) |
A month at 21 working days. DialSheet seats from softwareMonthly(), each caller's Twilio and machine detection as above. Enzo Starter per seat, minutes included; the $250 buildout is added once on monthly billing.
At 200 parallel dials a caller the month is close on every row: $344 for 3 callers on DialSheet against $360 on Enzo monthly and $297 on Enzo annual. What differs is the commitment. Offshore VAs come and go; on DialSheet a seat you add in week one and drop in week six costs one month, and the numbers, recordings and call history stay in your Twilio account and your workspace.
Your first ten minutes: from a PropStream or BatchLeads export to a live call
- Export. Pull the list in PropStream, BatchLeads, DealMachine or your county records tool, skip trace it, and export the CSV with owner name, phones and property address.
- Import it. Upload the CSV and map the columns; equity, absentee or vacant flags and any other column come in as fields you see while you dial. The walkthrough is how to call a list of leads from a spreadsheet.
- Get a line. Connect your own Twilio account (~$0.014/min, ~$1.15/month a number) or buy a DialSheet-managed line with a local number and no Twilio account.
- Dial. Start a Power Dial session on one line, or a parallel session on two to 5. The free plan covers your first 500 calls a month.

Enzo Dialer vs ReadyMode vs BatchDialer vs Mojo for wholesaling
| Dialer | Real entry cost, one rep | Lines | Pick it if | Key advantage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DialSheet Pro | $29/mo + Twilio, monthly, no minimum | Parallel (2–5), power | You want parallel dialing without an annual contract, a buildout or a seat minimum | Parallel dialer, recordings and AI call summaries in the seat; numbers and recordings in your own Twilio |
| Enzo Dialer Starter | $120/mo + $250 buildout, or $99/mo paid yearly | 5 (Standard 14, pooled) | A rep parallel-dials more than ~165 a day all year, or a VA floor wants pooled lines | Minutes and 35 managed caller IDs included in the seat |
| BatchDialer Starter | $119/mo, or $95/mo paid yearly | 3 (Pro 5) | You pull lists in PropStream and want its dialer discount and unlimited calling | Unlimited calling, 10 local numbers, DNC and litigator scrub |
| ReadyMode Starter | $239/licence monthly, $199 annual | Predictive | A floor wants predictive pacing with a published price | Outbound minutes included under fair use, from one licence |
| Mojo Dialer, triple line | $139/mo + $30 voice | 3 | A listing agent wants Mojo’s expired and FSBO data in the same login | Data add-ons and the dialer from one vendor, no contract |
Real entry cost is the cheapest plan that includes a multi-line dialer for one rep, monthly and yearly. Enzo read October 31, 2026; BatchDialer October 28, ReadyMode October 26 (iQ $249 annual for 5+ licences), Mojo October 2026 from mojosells.com.
Each has its own page here: BatchDialer pricing, ReadyMode pricing, Mojo Dialer pricing and REDX pricing for listing agents.
What wholesalers say about Enzo
The praise on r/WholesaleRealestate is about connects: one thread calls it “the best one by far” at $190 a month, another recommends it “for scale” because it rings fourteen lines until someone picks up and then pauses. Those are users’ own counts, not audited numbers. The complaints are about the interface, which the top answer in a “Readymode vs. EnzoDialer?” thread calls “a bit outdated looking,” and about the sales process: no trial, a discovery call first, and the buildout on monthly plans. Enzo’s strongest argument is caller ID health, monitored and replaced for you; no dialer, ours included, can promise a number never gets labelled “Spam Likely.”
What Enzo does that DialSheet does not
- Bundled minutes. DialSheet’s minutes are metered on your own Twilio, so heavy parallel days cost more than Enzo’s seat past about 165 dials.
- 14 lines pooled across a session on Standard. DialSheet rings 2–5 lines for one rep at a time.
- A managed pool of 35 to 100 caller IDs per seat that Enzo monitors and replaces. On DialSheet you buy and rotate your own numbers.
- A native Follow Up Boss sync. DialSheet is its own CRM and takes leads by CSV and API.
- Silent warm transfers from a VA to a closer. DialSheet has no transfer queue.

Enzo Dialer or DialSheet: which should a wholesaler buy?
DialSheet
An acquisitions rep or a VA dialing skip-traced lists up to a couple of hundred a day. A 2–5 line parallel dialer in a $29 seat, about $83 a month on one line or $115 parallel, month to month, free to start.
DialSheet
A team whose callers change month to month. Add or drop a seat any month; $344 for 3 callers at 200 parallel dials each, no year paid up front.
Enzo Dialer
A rep who parallel-dials more than ~165 a day and will commit for a year. Starter at $99 a seat with every minute included costs less than a metered seat at that volume.
Enzo Dialer
A VA floor that wants pooled lines and managed caller IDs. Standard pools 14 lines an agent across the session with 100 caller IDs a seat, $185 annually.
Enzo Dialer pricing questions
How much does Enzo Dialer cost per month?
Enzo Dialer Starter is $120 a seat a month on monthly billing or $99 a month billed annually ($1,188 a year per seat). Standard is $235 monthly or $185 annually ($2,220 a year). Enterprise is usage-based with a $5,000 a month minimum. Starter and Standard include all inbound and outbound minutes. Monthly plans add a one-time $250 buildout, free on annual. Read on enzodialer.com October 31, 2026. DialSheet, for comparison, is $29 a seat month to month with a 2–5 line parallel dialer, plus your own Twilio usage.
Is Enzo Dialer pricing quote-based?
No. Enzo publishes its Starter ($120 monthly, $99 annual) and Standard ($235 / $185) seat prices on enzodialer.com/pricing; only Enterprise is usage-based. What it does not offer is a free trial: Enzo starts with a discovery call before you can dial. Some third-party pages still describe Enzo as quote-only, which was not true when we read the page on October 31, 2026.
Does Enzo Dialer record calls?
Yes. Call recording is listed in Enzo's Starter plan, with AI answering machine detection, local presence, silent transfers and a two-way Follow Up Boss integration. DialSheet records every answered call in its $29 seat too, and the recordings and transcripts stay in your own Twilio account.
How many lines does Enzo Dialer call at once?
5 lines an agent on Starter, adjusted by Enzo's Smart Dialer to the live connect rate. Standard gives 14 lines an agent, pooled across agents in a shared session. Enterprise has no line cap. DialSheet's parallel dialer rings 2–5 numbers at once per rep, screens voicemail greetings and connects the first person who answers.
Enzo Dialer vs ReadyMode vs BatchDialer: which costs less for a wholesaler?
Per seat on annual billing: Enzo Starter $99 (5 lines), BatchDialer Starter $95 (3 lines), ReadyMode Starter $199 a licence; all three include minutes. Monthly: Enzo $120 plus a $250 buildout, BatchDialer $119, ReadyMode $239. DialSheet is $29 a seat plus your Twilio: about $83 a month for one rep power-dialing 200 a day, $115 on parallel lines. Past about 165 parallel dials a day, Enzo's annual Starter costs less than our seat plus Twilio.
What is a cheaper alternative to Enzo Dialer for cold calling motivated sellers?
DialSheet, for an acquisitions rep or VA who dials up to about 216 parallel dials a day on monthly terms (165 against Enzo's annual price): a 2–5 line parallel dialer, recordings and AI call summaries in a $29 seat, no buildout, no annual commitment and a free plan to start. You import the skip-traced CSV from PropStream, BatchLeads or DealMachine and dial it on your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min. Heavier parallel days are cheaper on Enzo's bundled minutes.
Enzo Dialer’s prices and terms read on enzodialer.com/pricing on October 31, 2026; Reddit quotes are users’ own reports from threads Google showed the same day.
