PropStream dialer: Click-to-Dial, BatchDialer, or your own CSV

By Abhi Chawla, founder · Last updated October 28, 2026

You pulled a list in PropStream, skip traced it, and now you need to call it. PropStream gives you two ways to do that from inside its own product, and both have a number attached that its sales page does not lead with. I read both today and priced them against dialing the export yourself.

The Line on paper, no. 5 — the list

Every wholesaling dialer priced side by side is in the best dialer for wholesaling, and the whole category in the best power dialer software and the cheapest power dialers.

Your first ten minutes: from a PropStream list to a live call

  1. Skip trace and export. In PropStream, skip trace the saved list so the phone columns fill, then export it as a CSV. Exports count against your plan’s monthly saves and exports (25,000 on Essentials).
  2. Import it. Upload the CSV and map owner name, phone and property address. Every other column, equity, owner type, list name, comes in as a field you see while you dial. The walkthrough is how to call a list of leads from a spreadsheet.
  3. Get a line. Connect your own Twilio account (~$0.014/min, ~$1.15/month a number) or buy a DialSheet-managed line with a local number and no Twilio account.
  4. Dial. Start a Power Dial session on one line, or a parallel session on two to 5. The free plan covers your first 500 calls a month.
A spreadsheet becomes a call queue in DialSheet: import the CSV and start dialing. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

PropStream Click-to-Dial: what it does and where it stops

Click-to-Dial, from PropStream’s own page read today: once a property is skip traced, its numbers turn clickable in My Properties, My Contacts and Property Details; a click opens a softphone inside PropStream and places the call, with AI prompts on screen. You pick a state and area code and get 3 numbers that rotate on each attempt and can be refreshed every 7 days. The limits are in the same article:

  • Up to 150 attempted calls a day, 50 per number, and “additional numbers are not available for purchase.”
  • One line. Dialer Campaigns (March 2026) load a skip-traced list into a campaign workspace with a calling card, DNC and litigator flags, attempt counts and status sync to the property, but the calls still run through Click-to-Dial under the same 150-a-day limit, and PropStream describes no multi-line mode.
  • Team members need full-access seats; a Scout role must be upgraded before it can call.

For a part-time investor calling a few dozen owners a day, that is the cheapest dialer there is, and it keeps notes next to the property. For a rep whose job is the phone, 150 attempts is a morning.

Push to BatchDialer vs dialing the CSV in DialSheet

PropStream’s answer for volume is BatchDialer, which it owns. The push sends skip-traced leads into a BatchDialer campaign over an API connection. Here is one rep’s month on each route, with the PropStream data subscription left out because you keep it either way:

RouteLines150 a day200 a day300 a day
DialSheet Pro, parallel, own Twilio2–5$94$115$156
DialSheet Pro, single line1$70$83$109
PropStream Click-to-Dial (Essentials add-on)1$30over the capover the cap
BatchDialer Starter via PropStream, monthly3$95.20$95.20$95.20
BatchDialer Starter, annual3$95$95$95
BatchDialer Pro, annual5$151$151$151

Per rep a month, 21 working days. DialSheet: one Pro seat plus that rep's own Twilio from perRepTelephony() (25% of dials reach voicemail, 10% reach a person for three minutes, both call legs, one number), plus answering machine detection at $0.0075 a dial on parallel. BatchDialer includes calling. PropStream and BatchDialer pricing read October 28, 2026.

On single-line power dialing DialSheet costs less than BatchDialer Starter up to about 249 dials a day. On parallel, where every leg bills minutes and voicemail detection, it costs less up to about 154 dials a day against the annual or PropStream-discounted price and 211 against list monthly. Past that line BatchDialer’s bundled calling wins on price, and it adds a predictive mode, number reputation monitoring and, on Pro, automatic number replacement, none of which DialSheet has. The whole BatchDialer price list is on BatchDialer pricing.

Parallel dialing in DialSheet: several owners ring at once, voicemail greetings are screened out, and the rep gets the person who answers. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

Keeping the PropStream columns while you dial

A PropStream export carries more than a phone number: owner type, equity, last sale, the list it came from. In DialSheet those columns stay on the lead as custom fields, so the rep sees “absentee, 60% equity” before the owner says hello, and a session can filter to one list or one owner type. Every dial, outcome and note stays on the record, so the fourth attempt knows what the first heard.

Every spreadsheet column stays on the lead as a custom field you can read while you dial. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

What DialSheet does not do for a wholesaler

  • No property data or skip tracing; PropStream (or BatchLeads, DealMachine) stays your list source.
  • No predictive dialing and no number reputation monitoring; parallel rings two to 5 lines and bridges the first person.
  • No two-way sync with PropStream; you export a CSV and import it.
  • Minutes are metered on your Twilio, so a very heavy month costs more than a bundled seat (the crossover is above).

Who runs on it

A two-seat acquisition team sustains 8,200 dials a month on $29 software. Also: a nine-rep calling floor, and a customer's own story on its own site.

Which PropStream dialer should you actually use?

DialSheet

An acquisitions rep or wholesaler dialing more than 150 a day, month to month. About $83 at 200 power dials a day, a two-to-5 line parallel dialer in the same $29 seat, cancel any month.

DialSheet

A new wholesaler with a first PropStream export. Free to 500 calls a month on your own Twilio, no card.

PropStream Click-to-Dial

A part-time investor dialing under 150 a day, one at a time. Included on PropStream Pro, $30 on Essentials, calls from the property screen.

BatchDialer

A rep who parallel-dials more than 154 a day, every day. Starter at $95 annual, or $95.20 monthly through PropStream, includes calling, a predictive mode and number reputation monitoring.

PropStream dialer questions

Does PropStream have a dialer?

Yes, two ways. Click-to-Dial is a softphone inside PropStream: you click a skip-traced number and it calls, one at a time, from 3 rotating numbers, up to 150 attempts a day (50 per number), with no extra numbers for sale; Dialer Campaigns (March 2026) organize those calls as a campaign under the same limit. It is included on Pro ($199) and Elite ($699) and is $30 a month on Essentials ($99). For volume, "Push to BatchDialer" sends skip-traced leads into a BatchDialer campaign, from $95 an agent a month on annual billing. Or export the list as a CSV and dial it in DialSheet: 2–5 parallel lines in the $29 seat. Read on propstream.com October 28, 2026.

What is the PropStream Batch Dialer?

BatchDialer is the multi-line dialer PropStream bought in July 2025 along with BatchLeads. It is sold separately: Starter $95, Pro $151 and Enterprise $199 an agent a month on annual billing ($119, $189, $249 monthly), with 3 lines and 10 numbers on Starter and calling included. PropStream users get 20% off a monthly plan by signing up in the PropStream app, which makes Starter $95.20. Read on batchdialer.com and propstream.com October 28, 2026.

How many calls a day can I make with PropStream Click-to-Dial?

Up to 150 attempted calls a day, 50 on each of the 3 numbers PropStream assigns, according to PropStream's own Click-to-Dial page (read October 28, 2026), which also says additional numbers are not available for purchase. An acquisitions rep at 200 dials a day passes that by midday; DialSheet's two-seat acquisition customer averages ~195 dials per rep per working day.

What is the cheapest way to cold call a PropStream list?

Under 150 one-at-a-time attempts a day, Click-to-Dial: free on PropStream Pro, $30 on Essentials. Above that, DialSheet: $29 a seat month to month plus your own Twilio usage, about $83 a month for one rep power-dialing 200 numbers a day, cheaper than BatchDialer Starter up to about 249 dials a day. On parallel lines the minutes and voicemail detection add up faster: BatchDialer Starter ($95 annual, $95.20 monthly through PropStream, calling included) is cheaper than DialSheet past about 154 parallel dials a day.

How do I export a PropStream list to a dialer?

Skip trace the list in PropStream so the phone columns are filled, export it as a CSV (exports count against your plan's monthly saves and exports: 25,000 on Essentials), then import the CSV into the dialer and map the owner name, phone and property address columns. In DialSheet every other column (equity, owner type, list name) comes in as a custom lead field you see on the call screen. Scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry before the first dial.

Is there a free dialer for PropStream leads?

Yes. DialSheet is free for one person, with a list of up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month, on your own Twilio account at ~$0.014/min, so a new wholesaler can dial a first 500-lead PropStream export without paying for software. Parallel dialing and unlimited calls start on Pro at $29/month per seat. PropStream itself has a 7-day free trial with 50 free leads.

PropStream plans, Click-to-Dial limits, Dialer Campaigns and the BatchDialer discount read on propstream.com (pricing, the Click-to-Dial article and the March 9, 2026 Dialer Campaigns article) on October 28, 2026; BatchDialer prices on batchdialer.com/pricing the same day.
