REDX pricing: the leads, the dialer, and what a listing agent pays

By Abhi Chawla, founder · Last updated October 29, 2026

You buy REDX expireds or FSBOs, you call them every morning, and the upgrade screen offers a dialer at $299 or $349. Those bundles are two products in one price: the data and the dialer. I read both REDX pages today and priced the dialer half on its own.

Every real estate dialer priced side by side is in the Mojo dialer alternatives and the best dialer for wholesaling, and the whole category in the best power dialer software and the cheapest power dialers.

Monthly list prices read on redx.com/pricing and redx.com/products/power-dialer, October 29, 2026. Annual billing is cheaper (about 15%, per REDX). Teams of ten or more are quoted.

Line the bundles up and the dialer’s price falls out: Connect is Core plus $100, Pro is Core plus $150, the same as the standalone dialers. REDX’s FAQ describes them the same way, as Core “upgraded” with a dialer. Whether the dialer can sit on a single $60 lead product rather than a bundle is a question for REDX’s sales line.

REDX dialer pricing vs dialing the export in DialSheet

The leads cost the same whichever dialer you use, so leave them out and price only the dialer for one agent:

DialerLines100 a day200 a day300 a day
DialSheet Pro, parallel, own Twilio2–5$72$115$156
DialSheet Pro, single-line Power Dial1$56$83$109
REDX Single Line Dialer1$99$99$99
REDX Multi-Line Dialer3$149$149$149
Mojo Dialer, single / triple line1 / 3$99 / $149$99 / $149$99 / $149

Per agent a month, 21 working days. DialSheet: one Pro seat plus that agent's own Twilio from perRepTelephony() (25% of dials reach voicemail, 10% reach a person for three minutes, both call legs, one number), plus answering machine detection at $0.0075 a dial on parallel. REDX includes talk time. REDX read October 29, 2026; Mojo from lib/aeo/competitors.ts (mojosells.com, last read October 2026).

On one line DialSheet costs less than REDX’s Single Line Dialer up to about 265 dials a day. On parallel it costs less than the Multi-Line Dialer up to about 283 dials a day; past that line REDX’s unlimited talk time wins on price. REDX also flags DNC numbers and other agents’ numbers inside the dialer and monitors its numbers for spam labels, which DialSheet does not do for you.

Parallel dialing in DialSheet: several owners ring at once, voicemail greetings are screened out, and the agent gets the person who answers. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

Your first ten minutes: from Vortex to a live call

  1. Export. In Vortex, open “Other” on the toolbar and choose “Export” to download the folder you call from as a CSV. Keep the DNC flag column.
  2. Import it. Upload the CSV and map owner name, phone and property address. Expiry date, list price and lead type come in as fields you see while you dial. The walkthrough is how to call a list of leads from a spreadsheet.
  3. Get a line. Connect your own Twilio account (~$0.014/min, ~$1.15/month a number) or buy a DialSheet-managed line with a local number and no Twilio account.
  4. Dial. Start a Power Dial session on one line, or a parallel session on two to 5. The free plan covers your first 500 calls a month.
A spreadsheet becomes a call queue in DialSheet: import the CSV and start dialing. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.
DialSheet's Do Not Call list blocks a number for the whole account, for good. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

What a team pays: REDX Pro vs REDX Core plus DialSheet

3 agentsREDX Pro for everyoneREDX Core + DialSheet parallel, 200 a day each
Dataall five lead typesall five lead types
Dialer3 lines, unlimited talk2–5 lines, metered Twilio
Month$547$693

REDX Pro $349 plus $99 for each extra user; Core $199 plus $75 a user. DialSheet: $29 a seat (softwareMonthly()) plus each agent's Twilio and voicemail detection at the mix above.

The split also gives the team lead assignment or a shared pool, a caller ID pinned per agent, shared scripts, and a dashboard of dials, connects, listing appointments and talk time per agent. One agent on all five lead types plus DialSheet parallel at 200 a day is about $314, against $349 on Pro.

REDX vs Mojo, Vulcan7 and Landvoice on price

All four sell expired and FSBO data; three of them also sell the dialer. Mojo’s dialer is $99 for a single line and $149 for three, about the same as REDX’s, with its data sold by area. Vulcan7 publishes no price (its pricing page returned “Page not found” when we checked on 2026-10-11) and sells a single-line dialer with its data. Landvoice prices its data per product, Expired Basic $60 and Expired Pro $120 for one MLS and FSBOs $40 for two counties, with no dialer on its pricing page. Each of those lists exports to a CSV that DialSheet dials the same way. Mojo’s whole price list is on Mojo dialer pricing.

What DialSheet does not do for a listing agent

  • No lead data: no expireds, FSBOs or GeoLeads. REDX, Mojo, Vulcan7 or Landvoice stays your list source.
  • No live sync with Vortex; you export a CSV and import it.
  • No spam monitoring or number remediation, and no predictive mode; parallel rings two to 5 lines and bridges the first person.
  • Minutes are metered on your Twilio, so past about 283 parallel dials a day REDX’s Multi-Line Dialer costs less.

Who runs on it

A two-seat acquisition team sustains 8,200 dials a month on $29 software. Also: a nine-rep calling floor, and a customer's own story on its own site.

Which REDX plan, or which dialer, should you buy?

DialSheet

A listing agent who buys REDX expireds or FSBOs and dials them every morning. Keep the $60 lead product, dial the export: about $143 a month all-in at 200 power dials a day, with a two-to-5 line parallel dialer in the same seat.

REDX Core + DialSheet

A team of 3 on all five lead types. About $693 a month with every agent on parallel, against $547 on REDX Pro.

REDX Pro or the Multi-Line Dialer

An agent who multi-line dials more than 283 leads a day. $149 with unlimited talk time costs less than metered minutes at that volume, and the leads never leave Vortex.

REDX Connect or Pro

An agent who wants data, dialer and spam monitoring in one login. DNC and agent-number flagging, spam monitoring and remediation are inside REDX’s dialer.

REDX pricing questions

How much does REDX cost per month?

Single lead products (Expired, FSBO, GeoLeads, FRBO, Pre-Foreclosure) are $60 a month each. Bundles: Core $199 (all five lead types, Vortex, no dialer), Connect $299 (Core plus Ad Builder and a single-line Power Dialer) and Pro $349 (Core plus a 3-line Power Dialer). Extra users are $75 a month on Core and Connect and $99 on Pro. Annual billing is cheaper; REDX says about 15%. Read on redx.com October 29, 2026.

How much is the REDX dialer?

REDX's Power Dialer page lists the Single Line Dialer at $99 a month and the Multi-Line Dialer (3 lines) at $149, both with unlimited talk time, local presence and DNC flagging. Inside the bundles it works out the same: Connect is $100 more than Core and Pro is $150 more. DialSheet's two-to-5 line parallel dialer is in a $29 seat plus your own Twilio, about $83 a month for 200 power dials a day.

Is REDX worth it?

The r/realtors and r/RealEstateTechnology threads are split. Agents who call expireds, just-listed and GeoLeads every day report listings from it; the common complaints are contact accuracy (the wrong person answers) and pickup rates, not price. The dialer is the part you can buy elsewhere: REDX charges $99 to $149 for it, and DialSheet dials the same Vortex export from $29 a seat.

REDX vs Mojo dialer: which is cheaper?

On the dialer they are close: REDX Single Line $99 and Multi-Line $149 with unlimited talk time; Mojo $99 single line and $149 triple line (licence plus the $10 Agent Access), with Mojo Voice priced separately. The difference is the data: REDX sells by lead type at $60 each, Mojo sells data by area. DialSheet sells no data and dials either list, about $83 a month for one agent at 200 power dials a day.

Can I use REDX leads in another dialer?

Yes. In Vortex, open "Other" on the toolbar and choose "Export" to download your leads as a CSV (REDX's own blog describes it). Import that file into DialSheet and map owner name, phone and property address; every other column stays on the lead as a custom field. Keep REDX's DNC flag column and filter those numbers out before you dial.

What is the cheapest way to call REDX expireds?

Keep the $60 Expired product and dial the export in DialSheet: $29 a seat plus Twilio, about $143 a month all-in at 200 power dials a day, or free to 500 calls a month to start. REDX's own dialer is cheaper on one line past about 265 dials a day, and its Multi-Line dialer past about 283 parallel dials a day, because its talk time is unlimited.

REDX lead products, bundles, user prices and Power Dialer plans read on redx.com/pricing and redx.com/products/power-dialer on October 29, 2026; the Vortex export steps from REDX’s own blog; Landvoice prices from landvoice.com/pricing the same day. Twilio figures are US list rates billed to you by Twilio. Scrubbing, consent where the law requires it and calling hours are your responsibility; this is not legal advice.
