Aircall Power Dialer: what it costs, how it works, and where it stops

Last updated September 4, 2026 · plan gating verified against aircall.io/pricing on August 31, 2026

“Aircall power dialer” is searched by two kinds of people: Aircall customers who cannot find it, and buyers trying to work out whether Aircall is a dialer. The answers are, respectively, “it is on Professional, not on your plan” and “it is a phone system with a dialer feature”. This page gives the price with the three-licence floor applied, the way the extension actually works, the limits Aircall's own help centre lists, and the bill next to a metered alternative.

The short answer

Professional plan only, about $50 a licence a month on annual billing with a 3-licence minimum, so the cheapest Power Dialer is $150 a month (~$210 monthly). It is a browser-extension dialer that reads numbers off a page, a CSV or a published Google Sheet, dials one line at a time and caps a session at 1,000 contacts. Three reps who only want to dial a list pay $150 at Aircall or about $59$152 all-in on a free dialer with their own Twilio.

Annual figures and the three-licence minimum are from aircall.io/pricing; the monthly figures are from a competitor teardown and are shown with a tilde. Aircall also lists a single-user Starter AI plan without a price; it does not include the Power Dialer. Invoices reportedly carry taxes and recovery fees on top.

How the Aircall Power Dialer works

  1. Install the Aircall browser extension in Chrome or Edge and sign in to a Professional-plan account.
  2. Open a page with the numbers on it (a CRM list, a web directory, a published Google Sheet) or prepare a CSV; numbers must be E.164, with the plus and country code.
  3. Start a Power Dialer session from the extension; it collects the numbers it detects or the list you paste, up to the session cap.
  4. Set the default country in the Aircall app before you start; it applies to the whole session.
  5. Dial. The session moves to the next number when a call ends; tag and note the call in Aircall or let the CRM integration log it.

The Google Sheets case is the one people search for: Aircall's help centre states the extension cannot highlight numbers inside the editable Sheets interface, and offers CSV export, copy-paste, or publishing the sheet to the web and opening the published copy. That works; it also means your lead list lives in a sheet and your call outcomes live in Aircall, which is the seam a list dialer exists to remove.

Its limits, as Aircall states them

The whole bill at 3, 5 and 10 reps

Aircall bundles US and Canada calling, so the fair comparison is software plus telephony. DialSheet is $29 per 3-seat pack; Twilio bills ~$0.014/min on the carrier leg, $0.004/min on the browser leg including ringing, and ~$1.15/month per number. Light is 34 dials a rep a day (~$10 of Twilio a month); heavy is 150 (~$41).

RepsAircall Professional, annualMonthly (~)DialSheet + Twilio, lightDialSheet + Twilio, heavy
3$150~$210~$59~$152
5$250~$350~$108~$263
10$500~$700~$216~$526

One or two reps cannot buy Aircall Professional at all without paying for three. DialSheet columns assume 25% of dials reach voicemail (one billed minute each) and 10% reach a person for three minutes over 21 working days.

Where Aircall is the right buy

When you are buying a phone system and the dialer is a bonus: inbound routing, IVR, shared lines, call queues, a support desk and a sales team on one bill, and the HubSpot, Salesforce or Zendesk integration you already live in. Aircall is good at that, and Professional is priced for it. At very heavy sequential volume, around 195 dials a rep a day, Aircall's bundled minutes also close the gap on metered telephony; the crossover is worked through in Aircall alternatives, all-in. If what you want is to dial a list from a browser with the outcomes next to the row, the 3-licence Professional floor is a lot to pay for a feature that caps at 1,000 numbers.

A list dialer, not a phone-system add-on.

Import the sheet, dial in the browser, log the outcome on the row, with a parallel dialer, recordings and AI coaching on Pro. Free for one person, $29 per 3 seats, on your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min. No Twilio? A managed line is $49/month.

Questions people actually ask

Does Aircall have a power dialer?

Yes, on the Professional plan only. Essentials, the entry plan, does not include it. Aircall's Power Dialer is a feature of the browser extension: it detects phone numbers on a web page, or takes a pasted list or CSV, and dials them one after another with the rep's headset on the line. It is a sequential (single-line) dialer; Aircall has no parallel or predictive mode.

How much does the Aircall Power Dialer cost?

It is bundled into Professional, listed at about $50 per licence per month on annual billing, with a 3-licence minimum on every published plan. So the smallest Aircall account that can power dial is three Professional licences: $150 a month annual, about $210 month to month. A one-person team pays for three seats. Aircall's quote-only Custom tier starts at 25 licences.

How do you use the Aircall Power Dialer with Google Sheets?

Aircall's help centre says the browser extension cannot detect numbers inside the editable Google Sheets interface. The workarounds it gives are to export the sheet as CSV and import that into a Power Dialer session, to copy and paste the numbers in, or to use "Publish to the web" on the sheet and open the published version, where the extension can read the numbers. Numbers must be in E.164 format (+14155552671), the default country set in the Aircall app applies to the whole session, and a session holds at most 1,000 contacts.

What are the limits of the Aircall Power Dialer?

Single line only; 1,000 contacts per session; numbers must already be in E.164; one default country per session; it lives in the extension rather than in a CRM view, so outcomes and notes are logged in Aircall's activity feed or pushed to your CRM through an integration rather than sitting next to the list. It is a good click-to-dial-a-list tool inside a phone system; it is not a list-management dialer.

Is Aircall Professional worth it just for the Power Dialer?

If the phone system is the point, yes: Professional also brings IVR, call routing, analytics and the deeper integrations, and Aircall bundles US and Canada calling. If the Power Dialer is the only reason, probably not: three reps on Professional are $150 a month; the same three on DialSheet Pro plus their own Twilio are $29 of software plus about $30–123 of Twilio, roughly $59–152 all-in, with a parallel dialer, recordings and AI coaching included.

Does Aircall's Power Dialer work with HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive?

Aircall's CRM integrations log the calls and can surface click-to-dial inside those CRMs; the Power Dialer itself runs from the extension on a page or a list you give it. In practice teams open a CRM list view or report, let the extension pick up the numbers, and run the session from there, with the call logged back through the integration. The Salesforce CTI is Professional-only, like the dialer.
