Salesfinity vs Orum in 2026: cost, seat minimums, and the parallel dialer for teams under nine

By Abhi Chawla, founder · Last updated October 14, 2026

Salesfinity and Orum both sell AI parallel dialing to SDR teams, and both bundle unlimited US and Canada dials. One prints its price and sells a single seat; the other quotes and starts at nine. This page puts both on the same monthly bill at one, three and nine reps, with what reps say about each.

Salesfinity vs Orum cost: the monthly bill at 1, 3 and 9 reps

Seat floors decide most of this table before the dials do. Salesfinity sells one seat; Orum’s smallest deal is 9. DialSheet’s figure moves with volume because Twilio bills by the minute, so it is shown at three daily dial counts.

Salesfinity Gold at $299 a user (Salesfinity says Gold is for 1–5 reps; a team of 9 is quoted on Enterprise). Orum at the reported ~$250 Launch seat with its printed 9-seat minimum. DialSheet: Pro seats plus each rep's own Twilio from perRepTelephony() (25% voicemail, 10% connects at 3 minutes, 21 working days, both call legs, one number) and answering machine detection at $0.0075 on every parallel dial. Nine DialSheet reps at 300 dials a day come to about $1,404 a month, against about $2,250 for the smallest reported Orum contract. Vendr reports most Orum buyers paying $100–200 a seat after negotiation, which at nine seats is $900–$1,800 a month: below the list figure, still annual, still nine seats. One DialSheet rep at 300 dials a day is $156.

DialSheet pricing: $29 a seat, no seat minimum, free to start, minutes billed by your own Twilio account. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

Salesfinity: what you get for $299, and what reps complain about

Gold is self-serve: a card, no sales call, the same day. It carries the parallel dialer at up to 5 lines, 10 rotating caller IDs with SmartGuard and SmartRotate, Boss Mode number scoring (500 credits a month), AI call summaries, CRM and sequencer sync, and an API with an MCP server. Data comes from SmartEnrich at $0.30 per valid number. Salesfinity publishes its own benchmark of a 10.1% connect rate across 1.3 million dials; that is its figure, not one we could check.

The catch for a manager is on the plan matrix: user invites, permissions, team settings, the leaderboard, AI coaching and the virtual salesfloor are all Enterprise, which is custom priced and annual only. Salesfinity’s own comparison page says Gold seats are individual workspaces. Three reps on Gold are three separate accounts at $897 a month. Calling outside the US and Canada is Enterprise Plus only. On G2, 124 reviews list ease of use and time saved most often, and “call issues” (19 mentions) among the cons.

Orum: what the nine-seat floor buys, and what reps complain about

Orum’s pricing page lists everything in the plan and no figure: unlimited dials on paid plans, data enrichment, AI answer detection, international calling to 160+ countries, power and parallel dialing, up to 10 caller IDs a month, voicemail drop and a voicemail sequencer, Boost Connect, number temperature, AI call summaries and a Salesfloor with rooms, screenshare and live listen. AI coaching and webhooks are paid add-ons. The free trial stops at 500 dials.

Orum has the larger review base: 4.6/5 from 1,099 G2 reviews, with “call issues” named 102 times among the cons. The complaint that recurs in the Reddit threads Google ranks for this comparison is number reputation: several reps say their Orum numbers were flagged as spam, which is why number temperature and rotation sit so high on both vendors’ pages. The longer write-up of Orum’s reported packages is on Orum pricing, and Orum against its closest rival on Orum vs Nooks.

When a carrier flags one number on DialSheet's parallel dialer, only that line is held; every other line keeps dialing. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

What DialSheet does not do

Answer handling matters more on a parallel dialer than anywhere else. Salesfinity quotes a 400ms median connect; DialSheet publishes no latency figure, and what it does guarantee is narrower: a prospect who answers in the first split second is held for a moment and connected, not hung up on.

On DialSheet's parallel dialer, a prospect who answers in the first split second is held and connected instead of being hung up on. Watch the video or open it on YouTube.

If you are buying for an SDR team

A DialSheet team is $29 for the first seat and $29 for each rep after it, with no minimum: $145 of software for five before Twilio usage. What ships in that seat for a manager: assign leads to reps, or let the team work a shared pool; a caller ID per rep, pinned to that rep; shared call scripts, so a new hire opens the same way as the floor; a team dashboard: assigned, connected, meetings booked, no-answers and talk time per rep, over any date range. Our largest published team is a UK accountancy practice that put a nine-rep calling floor live in a day. The difference against Salesfinity Gold at three reps and 300 dials a day is $429 a month, and Salesfinity’s team layer is not in that Gold figure.

Salesfinity or Orum: which parallel dialer should an SDR team buy?

DialSheet

A team of two to eight SDRs that wants parallel dialing and a team dashboard, month to month. 2–5 lines and team management in a $29 seat; $468 for three reps at 300 dials a day, all in.

DialSheet

A founder or first SDR testing parallel dialing before hiring. Free to start, then one seat with the parallel dialer in it; no annual contract to unwind.

Salesfinity

A rep or small pod dialing more than ~641 US and Canada numbers a day each. Gold’s $299 seat bundles the dials, rotates caller IDs and bills monthly.

Orum

A floor of nine or more SDRs calling internationally, ready to sign annually. International calling, enrichment and a salesfloor in one plan; the nine-seat floor is no obstacle.

Salesfinity vs Orum questions

What is the difference between Salesfinity and Orum?

Both are AI parallel dialers for SDR teams with unlimited US and Canada dials. Salesfinity publishes its price: Gold is $299 a user a month, billed monthly, up to 5 lines, with no seat minimum; team management, coaching and the Salesfloor are on Enterprise, annual only. Orum publishes no price, prints a 9-seat minimum, and is reported at about $250 a seat on its Launch package, annual. DialSheet is the third option for a team that wants parallel dialing with team management in the seat: $29/month per seat, two to 5 lines, month to month, calls on your own Twilio.

How much does Salesfinity cost compared with Orum?

Salesfinity Gold is $299 a user a month (read October 14, 2026), so three reps pay $897 a month. Orum does not publish a price; at the reported Launch figure of about $250 a seat and Orum's stated 9-seat minimum, the smallest contract is about $2,250 a month, $27,000 a year. On DialSheet three parallel reps at 300 dials a day each cost about $468 a month all in, seats plus their own Twilio minutes, both call legs, numbers and answering machine detection.

Is Salesfinity cheaper than Orum?

Per seat, Salesfinity's published $299 sits above Orum's reported $250 Launch seat, but Salesfinity is cheaper to start: one rep can buy it, monthly, while Orum's smallest deal is 9 seats on an annual contract, about $2,250 a month. For a team under nine, DialSheet is cheaper than both up to about 641 parallel dials a rep a day against Salesfinity and 524 against Orum's reported seat; above those volumes on US and Canada lists, the bundled seats cost less.

Does Orum or Salesfinity have a seat minimum?

Orum's pricing page prints "Minimum 9-Seat" (read October 14, 2026). Salesfinity has no minimum on Gold, which it describes as for teams of 1 to 5 reps; its Enterprise plan, which carries user invites and team settings, is for 5 to 100+ reps on an annual agreement. DialSheet has no minimum and no annual requirement: $29 for the first seat and $29 for each teammate, with the team dashboard and lead assignment included.

What does Reddit say about Salesfinity vs Orum?

In the r/salesdevelopment and r/techsales threads Google shows for this comparison (read October 14, 2026), the repeated points are that Salesfinity is cheaper than Orum and Nooks for similar functionality, that it rotates numbers to avoid spam flags, and that several Orum users saw their numbers flagged as spam. Those are individual reps' accounts, not measurements. On G2 the same day, Orum was rated 4.6/5 from 1,099 reviews and Salesfinity 4.8/5 from 124; both list "call issues" among the cons.

What is a cheaper alternative to Salesfinity and Orum for a small SDR team?

DialSheet, if your reps dial fewer than about 641 numbers a day each: a 2–5 line parallel dialer, recordings, transcripts and AI call summaries are in the $29 seat, month to month, and calls bill to your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min. Three reps at 300 dials a day come to about $468 a month all in, against $897 on Salesfinity Gold. It does not rotate or score numbers, has no data enrichment and no virtual salesfloor. Other options: BatchDialer (~$95–199/agent/mo (annual; $119–249 monthly)) and CallCloud ($60/seat/mo single-line or $125/seat/mo parallel (5 lines), unlimited US/Canada minutes, month to month), both with minutes included.
