PhoneBurner vs FrontSpin: the price, the cost of a team, and which to buy
Most pages comparing these two were written before FrontSpin stopped existing as a storefront. Since February 2026 it belongs to TitanX, and frontspin.com now redirects to a pricing page with a real number on it. I read that page and PhoneBurner’s today, priced a team of three, five and ten on each, and set both against the dialer I build.

Comparing more than these two? The whole field is ranked on the best power dialer software in 2026, and priced by true monthly cost on the cheapest power dialers, ranked by real entry cost.
PhoneBurner vs FrontSpin at a glance: who to pick, and why

| PhoneBurner | $140–$183/user/mo yearly | Your reps dial one line past about 421 numbers a day and want minutes in the seat | No pause when the prospect answers; unlimited US calling; monthly billing available |

titanx.io/pricing and phoneburner.com/pricing read October 22, 2026. DialSheet figures computed from our published pricing and Twilio's US rates, with the method in the cost section below.
PhoneBurner vs FrontSpin price: what each one publishes

|---|---|---|
| Owner | Independent | TitanX, since February 2026; frontspin.com redirects to titanx.io |
| Published price | $140 / $165 / $183 a user, annual; $165 / $195 / $215 monthly | $475 a seat for the Precision Dialer; $375 for Phone Intent scoring alone |
| Contract and minimum | Monthly or annual, no seat minimum | Paid annually, 3-rep minimum |
| Lines per rep | One | One (single-line Precision Dialer) |
| How a rep connects | Calls the rep’s own phone on Standard; browser softphone from Professional | Browser, inside the TitanX app |
| Calling minutes | Unlimited US calling in every plan | Not stated on the pricing page; international seats quoted |
| CRM | Its own CRM, plus 100+ integrations | Two-way Salesforce and HubSpot sync |
| Number health | ARMOR monitoring and remediation, an add-on with no published price | Number registration, flagged numbers pulled, spam remediation in the seat |
| AI | Transcription and AI note-taker on Premium | Live transcription, AI summaries, call scoring |
Both pricing pages read October 22, 2026. PhoneBurner's plan matrix: recording storage 30 days / 90 days / unlimited, SMS on Premium only (1,000 a month, then $15 per 1,000).
The FrontSpin figure on page one is stale. enjyn.ai calls it quote-only and ITQlick puts it at $99 a user; both describe frontspin.com before the redirect. TitanX publishes the seat now, and the full read, including what happened to FrontSpin’s call recording, is on FrontSpin pricing in 2026. Every PhoneBurner tier and add-on is broken down on PhoneBurner pricing.
PhoneBurner vs FrontSpin cost for a team of 3, 5 and 10
PhoneBurner bundles US minutes, so its seat is the whole bill. TitanX lists no calling charge, so its seat is shown as the bill too. DialSheet is $29 for the first seat and $29 for each after it, and Twilio bills your own account ~$0.014/min on the carrier leg, $0.004 a minute on the browser leg including ringing, and ~$1.15/month a number. The parallel column adds Twilio’s $0.0075 answering machine detection on every dial, because the parallel dialer asks for it on each leg.
| Reps | PhoneBurner Standard | PhoneBurner Professional | TitanX (FrontSpin) | DialSheet, 150/day single | DialSheet, 300/day parallel |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | $420 | $495 | $1,425 | ~$210 | ~$468 |
| 5 | $700 | $825 | $2,375 | ~$350 | ~$780 |
| 10 | $1,400 | $1,650 | $4,750 | ~$700 | ~$1,560 |
Method: published per-seat prices on annual billing times reps, with TitanX's 3-rep minimum applied, checked October 2026. DialSheet columns assume 25% of dials reach voicemail (one billed minute each) and 10% reach a person for three minutes, over 21 working days, with one local number per rep.

PhoneBurner vs FrontSpin for SDRs
An SDR floor is judged on conversations, and there are two ways to buy more of them. TitanX’s way is to dial fewer, better numbers: Phone Intent scores which contacts are likely to answer, and the single-line Precision Dialer works the list in that order. That is worth $475 a seat to a Salesforce team whose lists are large and whose connect rate is the bottleneck. PhoneBurner’s way is a clean single line: the prospect hears the rep the instant they answer, one click leaves a recorded voicemail and sends the follow-up email. DialSheet’s way is more lines: 2–5 numbers ring at once, answering machines are screened out, and the first human is bridged to the rep, so the same hour holds several times the conversations.

PhoneBurner vs FrontSpin for agencies
A calling agency adds reps when a client signs and drops them when a campaign ends. TitanX’s 3-seat yearly contract does not flex with that. PhoneBurner does, with monthly billing at $165 a user, but every client’s calls run through one PhoneBurner account and its numbers. On DialSheet the agency brings its own Twilio account, gives each client a Twilio subaccount with its own numbers, recordings and spend, and pays $29 a seat month to month.

What people complain about
PhoneBurner
The browser softphone is not on the $140 Standard plan; reps connect through their own phone until $165 Professional. ARMOR, Numbers and Connect Scores carry no published price. SMS is Premium-only and capped at 1,000 outbound a month. One line per rep caps volume on a low connect rate.
TitanX (FrontSpin)
A yearly contract and a 3-rep floor, so the smallest account is $17,100 a year up front. The pricing page does not say what calling minutes the seat includes, and international seats are quoted. Former FrontSpin customers are now buying from a different company; ask in writing what a renewal moves to.
What DialSheet does not do
- No predictive dialing and no phone-answer scoring: parallel tops out at 5 lines a rep.
- No minutes in the seat: Twilio bills your own account, which needs about five minutes of setup (or a managed line at $49/month).
- No inbound phone system or IVR, and no contact database.
- No native Salesforce cadence layer of the kind FrontSpin was built around.
If none of those is the deciding line for you, DialSheet is the cheaper way to get more conversations an hour than either single-line tool gives.

If you are buying for a team
The team case is arithmetic before it is anything else: PhoneBurner Standard charges the same rate for your tenth rep as your first, so 10 seats is $1,400 a month, while DialSheet is $29 for the first seat and $29 for each one after it, $290 in all, a difference of $1,110 a month that widens every time you hire. What that buys is a product built for teams: assign leads to reps, or let the team work a shared pool, a caller ID per rep, pinned to that rep, shared call scripts, so a new hire opens the same way as the floor, a team dashboard: assigned, connected, meetings booked, no-answers and talk time per rep, over any date range.
Which power dialer should you actually buy?
DialSheet
An SDR team that wants more conversations an hour. 2–5 lines a rep in the $29 seat, about $156 a month all in at 300 dials a day, month to month.
DialSheet
An agency adding reps in ones and twos. $29 a seat with no minimum, and a Twilio subaccount per client keeps numbers and recordings apart.
PhoneBurner
Reps on one line past about 421 dials a day, no Twilio account. Unlimited US calling in a $140 seat costs less than metered minutes at that volume, and there is no pause when the prospect answers.
TitanX (FrontSpin)
A Salesforce SDR floor whose connect rate is the bottleneck. Phone Intent scoring with the FrontSpin dialer at $475 a seat, paid annually, 3 reps minimum; the scoring is the reason to pay for it.
Common questions
PhoneBurner vs FrontSpin: which is better?
For most teams that only need to dial a list, neither: DialSheet puts a power dialer and a 2–5 line parallel dialer in a $29 seat, month to month with no seat minimum, and three reps dialing 150 numbers a day pay about $210 a month including Twilio. Between the two, PhoneBurner is the pick if you want single-line dialing with no connect delay, minutes in the seat and a month-to-month option ($165); TitanX (FrontSpin) is the pick if a Salesforce SDR floor of three or more reps will sign a year for phone-answer scoring at $475 a seat.
How much does FrontSpin cost compared with PhoneBurner?
FrontSpin is sold as TitanX now: frontspin.com redirects to titanx.io, where the Precision Dialer built on FrontSpin is $475 a seat a month, paid annually, with a 3-rep minimum, so the smallest account is $1,425 a month ($17,100 a year). PhoneBurner publishes $140, $165 and $183 a user a month billed annually ($165, $195, $215 monthly) with no seat minimum. Three reps: $420 on PhoneBurner Standard, $495 on Professional, $1,425 on TitanX. DialSheet is $87 in software for three, plus Twilio usage. Prices read on October 22, 2026.
Is FrontSpin still sold under its own name?
No. TitanX, a phone-intent data company, bought FrontSpin in February 2026, and as of October 22, 2026 frontspin.com and frontspin.com/pricing redirect to titanx.io. The FrontSpin single-line dialer is sold as the TitanX Precision Dialer with Phone Intent scoring of who is likely to answer, number registration and spam-flag remediation, two-way Salesforce and HubSpot sync, live transcription and AI call summaries. Pages that still call FrontSpin quote-only, or quote it at about $99 a user, describe the old storefront.
PhoneBurner vs FrontSpin for SDRs: which suits an SDR team?
An SDR team on Salesforce whose problem is that nobody answers is the reader TitanX (FrontSpin) is priced for: the $475 seat pays for scoring which numbers are likely to pick up. An SDR team whose problem is dial volume gets more from more lines than from better guesses: DialSheet dials 2–5 numbers at once per rep, screens voicemail, and costs about $156 a month all in for a rep dialing 300 a day. PhoneBurner sits between them: one line, no connect delay, $165 for the tier with the browser softphone.
PhoneBurner vs FrontSpin for agencies: which suits a calling agency?
An agency adds and drops reps as clients come and go, and needs each client's numbers kept apart. TitanX bills 3 seats minimum on a yearly contract and ties campaigns to Salesforce or HubSpot. PhoneBurner bills per user with no minimum and offers monthly billing at $165. DialSheet runs on the agency's own Twilio account, so each client can get a Twilio subaccount with its own numbers and recordings, and seats are $29 each, month to month: a rep who leaves is a removed seat, not a stranded licence.
Is there a cheaper alternative to PhoneBurner and FrontSpin?
Yes, for a team willing to connect its own Twilio account. DialSheet is free for one person, with a list of up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month, then $29/month per seat on Pro with parallel dialing of 2–5 lines, recordings, transcripts and AI call summaries included. A single-line rep at 150 dials a day runs about $70 a month with Twilio against $140 on PhoneBurner Standard and $475 on TitanX. The exception: past about 421 single-line dials a rep a day, PhoneBurner's bundled minutes cost less than metered Twilio.
PhoneBurner prices from phoneburner.com/pricing and TitanX prices from titanx.io/pricing, both read on October 22, 2026; frontspin.com redirected to titanx.io the same day. The TitanX acquisition of FrontSpin is sourced to TitanX’s February 2026 press release. DialSheet figures are computed from our published pricing and Twilio’s US voice rates rather than typed in.
