WAVV dialer pricing in 2026: the three lines, the vanished seat minimum, and the whole bill

Last updated September 4, 2026 · wavv.com/plans checked the same day; plan prices are reported figures

WAVV changed its lineup in 2025 and half the internet did not notice: the Team tiers and the five-seat minimum that older guides describe are gone, replaced by three per-seat lines you can buy one at a time. WAVV's plans page renders its prices in the browser, so this page states which figures are readable from the page and which are reported, then applies both to a real team next to a metered alternative.

The short answer

Reported at $59 (Preview Line), $99 (Single Line power dialer) and $149 (Multi Line) per seat per month, no seat minimum, volume discounts from five seats, a 7-day trial. US calling bundled. One rep on Single Line: $99. One rep on a free dialer with their own Twilio: about $10$41 of Twilio and $0–$29 of software.

Single Line$99Power dialer: auto-advances one call at a timeB2B and office-hours lists
Multi Line$149Several numbers at once, first answer connectsConsumer lists with low answer rates

No seat minimum and volume discounts of 5% at 5–9 seats, 10% at 10–19, 15% at 20+ per 2026 checkout reports; the 7-day trial is stated on wavv.com. Guides describing Team Basic, Pro and Elite with a five-seat minimum are describing the previous lineup.

The whole bill: WAVV vs a free dialer on your own Twilio

WAVV bundles US calling, so the metered side adds telephony. DialSheet is $29 per 3-seat pack with a parallel dialer on Pro; Twilio bills ~$0.014/min on the carrier leg, $0.004/min on the browser leg including ringing, and ~$1.15/month per number. Light is 34 dials a rep a day (~$10 of Twilio a month); heavy is 150 (~$41). WAVV rows are before volume discounts.

DialSheet columns assume 25% of dials reach voicemail (one billed minute each) and 10% reach a person for three minutes over 21 working days; a solo caller under 500 calls a month pays $0 for the software. DialSheet's parallel dialer (2–4 lines) is included on Pro rather than sold as a higher line.

Where WAVV is the better buy

When the list lives in a CRM WAVV plugs into natively, especially the real estate, coaching and HighLevel setups it was built around, and the team wants to dial from inside that CRM with outcomes written back without an export. That workflow is real and WAVV does it well, with no seat minimum and a trial, which puts it ahead of most per-seat dialers on terms. On minutes, bundled-unlimited beats Pro plus metered Twilio above about 4,899 billed minutes a seat a month, which cold calling does not reach. If you work from a spreadsheet or want to own the numbers and recordings, the seat is paying for an integration you are not using.

Things to check at checkout

The list, the dialer and the numbers in one place, at wholesale.

DialSheet is free for one person and $29 per 3 seats with power and parallel dialing, recordings and AI coaching on Pro, on your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min. No Twilio? A managed line is $49/month.

Questions people actually ask

How much does WAVV cost per month?

Three per-seat plans, as reported consistently by 2026 pricing guides: Preview Line at $59, Single Line (the power dialer) at $99, and Multi Line at $149 per seat per month, with no seat minimum and volume discounts of 5% at 5–9 seats, 10% at 10–19, 15% at 20+. WAVV's own plans page renders prices in the browser, so confirm at checkout; the 7-day free trial is stated on the page.

Does WAVV have a seat minimum?

Not as of 2026 checkout reports: a single seat can be bought on any plan. Guides from 2024 and 2025 describe Team Basic, Pro and Elite tiers with a five-seat minimum and a 15% annual discount; that lineup no longer matches what buyers see. If you are quoted a minimum, ask which lineup it belongs to.

What is the difference between WAVV Preview, Single Line and Multi Line?

Preview Line at $59 shows the next record and dials on your click; Single Line at $99 auto-advances through the list one call at a time (a power dialer); Multi Line at $149 dials several numbers at once and connects the first answer. Multi Line raises dials per hour on low-answer consumer lists and raises abandoned calls too, which the TCPA caps at 3% for telemarketing campaigns.

How does WAVV work with my CRM?

WAVV is built as a dialer that plugs into the CRM you already use, with a separate HighLevel edition and integrations for the real estate and coaching CRMs it grew up in. The list lives in the CRM; WAVV dials it and writes outcomes back. That is its strength if your CRM is on the list and its weakness if you work from a spreadsheet, where a dialer with its own list view is simpler.

Are WAVV minutes unlimited?

US calling is bundled into the seat on the reported plans, subject to fair use. That makes the seat the whole bill for domestic outbound, and it is why comparing WAVV to a software-only price is unfair: add telephony to the metered side, as the table on this page does.

Is WAVV cheaper than a free dialer on your own Twilio?

Not at cold-calling volumes. One rep on WAVV Single Line: $99. One rep on DialSheet plus their own Twilio: $0 of software under 500 calls a month (or $29 on Pro) plus about $10–41 of Twilio. WAVV's bundled minutes beat metered Twilio only above roughly 4,899 billed minutes a month, and a 150-dial day bills about 1,743. WAVV wins on the CRM-native workflow, not on price.
