Dialer.io pricing in 2026: a custom quote, a three-month minimum, and what a setter team pays
Dialer.io sells to appointment-setting teams calling opt-ins, and it does not put a number on its site. This page sets out what Dialer.io does publish, the questions that decide the quote, and the monthly bill for one to ten setters on a dialer whose price is printed.

Comparing more than these two? The whole field is priced on the best power dialer software in 2026, and the lowest entry cost for each tool on the cheapest power dialers, ranked.

Dialer.io vs DialerAI: two products, one search
Search for Dialer.io pricing and the first price on the page is often DialerAI’s, at dialer.ai: 25 ports and 5 agents for $299 a month, up to 1,000 ports for $2,250, bring-your-own VoIP, no minimum term. DialerAI is a voice-broadcast and press-1 dialer with live transfers, built for sending recorded messages at volume. Dialer.io is a live-agent dialer for setters. The two prices are not interchangeable, and neither tells you what Dialer.io will quote.
Dialer.io pricing per month: the number your quote has to beat
With no published price, the useful figure is the one on the other side of the table. This is what a setter team pays on DialSheet, all in, calling warm opt-ins on the single-line power dialer:
| Setters | DialSheet, 100 dials/day | DialSheet, 200 dials/day | Per setter | 3 months at 100/day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $76 | $122 | $76–$122 | $228 |
| 3 | $228 | $366 | $76–$122 | $684 |
| 5 | $380 | $610 | $76–$122 | $1,140 |
| 10 | $760 | $1,220 | $76–$122 | $2,280 |
Pro software at $29 a seat, plus each setter's own Twilio from perRepTelephony() on warm-lead assumptions: 30% of dials reach voicemail, 20% reach a person for 4 minutes, 21 working days, both call legs at ~$0.014/min plus $0.004 for the browser leg, one local number each. Cold lists connect less and cost less. Checked October 2026.
Read the per-setter column as the bar. A Dialer.io quote below $76 a setter with minutes and numbers included is cheaper than DialSheet at 100 opt-in dials a day; above $122, the difference is what you are paying for rotation, routing and the build. The minutes are most of our figure: a setter at 100 warm dials bills about 2,310 minutes a month, because opt-ins answer and talk.

Dialer.io alternatives for setter teams, at a glance
| Dialer | Price | Pick it if | Key advantage |
|---|---|---|---|
| DialSheet | $29/month per seat; free to start | You want power dialing and a 2–5 line parallel dialer in the seat, month to month, with the price published | $76 a setter all in at 100 opt-in dials; your own numbers and recordings |
| Dialer.io | Custom quote, 3-month minimum | You want number rotation and speed-to-lead routing built and managed for you | Number health handled automatically; workflow mapped before launch |
| Close (Growth) | ~$99–139/user/mo (Growth with the power dialer, Scale with predictive; annual, $109–149 monthly) | Your setters already work in Close | The power dialer sits inside the CRM seat |
| WAVV | $99/seat/mo Single Line, $149 Multi Line (3 lines), monthly; 30% off annual | Your funnel and pipeline run on HighLevel | Dials inside HighLevel, minutes included |
| Kixie | ~$95–185/user/mo (reported; Kixie publishes no price) | You want US and Canada minutes bundled and up to four lines | US and Canada minutes bundled; up to four lines on the multi-line plan |
| CallCloud | $60/seat/mo single-line or $125/seat/mo parallel (5 lines), unlimited US/Canada minutes, month to month | You want one flat seat price with minutes in it, month to month | The bill does not move with dial volume |
| PhoneBurner | ~$140–183/user/mo (annual) | You want unlimited dialing bundled on an established single-line dialer | Minutes bundled in the seat, so heavy days cost the same |
Rival prices from our competitor file, read from each vendor's page on the dates noted there; "~" marks reported figures. Checked October 2026.
The prices with minutes bundled (WAVV, Kixie, CallCloud, PhoneBurner) do not grow with dials; DialSheet’s does, because Twilio bills by the minute. A setter at 200 opt-in dials a day is $122 a month on DialSheet, more than CallCloud’s $60 single-line seat. Below that volume, and for any team that wants the parallel dialer as well, the published seat is the cheaper one.
Speed to lead and number health: what you are paying Dialer.io for
Dialer.io’s homepage sells two things a setter manager feels every day. The first is speed to lead: a new opt-in gets called within seconds, and cadences schedule the follow-up attempts so a lead is not left after one try. The second is number health: outbound numbers rotate, a number carriers start flagging is pulled from use, and it comes back when its reputation recovers. Its homepage quotes a customer whose pick-up rate went from under 10% to over 30%; that is Dialer.io’s testimonial, not a figure we could check.
On DialSheet, a setter can keep spare local numbers at $1 a month each on their own Twilio and switch the caller ID in the middle of a parallel session, but nothing rotates or rests numbers automatically. How many calls a number takes before it is labelled is covered in calls per day before Spam Likely.

CRM logging: Dialer Sync vs a native sync
Dialer.io calls reach HubSpot, HighLevel and Close through Dialer Sync, a separate product from The Moderate Genius that logs each call with its disposition, recording link and agent, and pushes CRM leads back into Dialer.io lists. Its own pitch is that teams were paying around $1,200 an agent a year in Zapier to do the same job. DialSheet logs calls to HubSpot natively and sends a call.completed webhook for HighLevel, Close or any other CRM, and new leads can arrive through the REST API or a CSV.

What DialSheet does not do
No Twilio account? A DialSheet-managed line at $49/month includes 25 hours of calling and a local number. A full-time setter at 100 opt-in dials a day uses that in about 13 working days, so own Twilio is the cheaper route for a full-time setter.
If you are buying for a setter team
A DialSheet team is $29 for the first seat and $29 for each setter after it, with no minimum: $145 of software for five before Twilio usage. The team features that shipped: assign leads to reps, or let the team work a shared pool; a caller ID per rep, pinned to that rep; shared call scripts, so a new hire opens the same way as the floor; a team dashboard: assigned, connected, meetings booked, no-answers and talk time per rep, over any date range. Our highest-volume account is a two-person acquisition team sustaining about 195 dials a person a day on the single-line power dialer, with no parallel lines.

Dialer.io or DialSheet: which dialer should a setter team buy?
DialSheet
A setter team that wants a published price and no term. $29 a seat, power and parallel dialing included, $380 a month for five setters all in at 100 opt-in dials a day.
DialSheet
A team that mixes fresh opt-ins with aged lists. The power dialer for new leads and the 2–5 line parallel dialer for the aged list, in the same seat.
Dialer.io
A full-time floor on paid opt-ins that loses numbers to spam labels. Automatic number rotation and rest, enforced speed to lead and a hands-on build, for a three-month commitment.
WAVV
A team whose funnel and pipeline live in HighLevel. It dials inside HighLevel with minutes included; $99/seat/mo Single Line, $149 Multi Line (3 lines), monthly; 30% off annual.
Dialer.io pricing questions
How much does Dialer.io cost?
Dialer.io does not publish a price. Its pricing button opens a contact form, and its FAQ (read October 13, 2026) says pricing is set case by case from team size, daily dialing volume, the number of phone lines, CRM integration, custom workflows, international dialing and reporting, with an initial 3-month commitment and monthly billing in advance. For comparison with a published price: DialSheet is $29/month per seat with no commitment, and one appointment setter making 100 opt-in dials a day costs about $76 a month all in on their own Twilio account, $122 at 200 dials.
Does Dialer.io have a contract or a minimum term?
Yes. Dialer.io's FAQ says it "requires an initial 3-month commitment", after which the plan continues month to month, with fees billed monthly in advance. So the first purchase is three months of whatever the quote is. On DialSheet a five-setter team at 100 opt-in dials a day pays about $380 a month all in, $1,140 across the same three months, and can cancel after any one of them.
Is Dialer.io the same as DialerAI (dialer.ai)?
No. Dialer.io is a speed-to-lead dialer sold on a custom quote. DialerAI at dialer.ai is a separate voice-broadcast and press-1 dialer whose pricing page lists 25 ports and 5 agents for $299 a month, up to 1,000 ports for $2,250, on your own VoIP carrier with no minimum term. Search results mix the two up, so a $299 figure you see next to "dialer.io" is DialerAI's.
How does Dialer.io work?
Dialer.io is built for teams calling inbound opt-ins and appointment-setting leads. Its site describes calling new leads within seconds of arriving, cadences that schedule follow-up attempts, automatic number rotation that pauses flagged numbers and brings them back when their reputation recovers, local area presence, smart routing and a live view of rep activity. Setup starts with Dialer.io mapping your workflow before reps are trained. Calls reach HubSpot, HighLevel or Close through Dialer Sync, a separate product built by The Moderate Genius.
What is a cheaper alternative to Dialer.io for appointment setters?
DialSheet, if you want a published price and no commitment: $29/month per seat, with the single-line power dialer and a parallel dialer of two to 5 lines in the seat, on your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min. Five setters at 100 opt-in dials a day come to about $380 a month all in. It does not rotate numbers or manage number health for you, and it does not auto-call a lead the second a form is filled; Dialer.io does both. If your funnel runs on HighLevel, WAVV ($99/seat/mo Single Line, $149 Multi Line (3 lines), monthly; 30% off annual) dials inside it; if your setters already live in Close, its Growth plan (~$99–139/user/mo (Growth with the power dialer, Scale with predictive; annual, $109–149 monthly)) includes a power dialer.
Is Dialer.io worth it?
For a full-time setter floor working paid opt-ins, it can be: Dialer.io's case is that number rotation and enforced speed to lead lift pick-up rates, and a few more booked calls a week repay a lot of software. Get the quote per setter with minutes and numbers included, then compare it with $76–$122, what one DialSheet setter costs all in at 100–200 opt-in dials a day on a five-person team. If the quote is far above that, ask what the extra buys you, in pick-up rate, before signing the three months.
