Ringy pricing: the $119 plan, the $70 dialer, and what an agent really pays
Ringy is the CRM new life and final expense agents keep being told to buy; one agent on r/InsuranceAgent bought it “because everyone kept recommending it.” Its pricing page shows one number and three checkboxes. I read it today, and Ringy’s own help article on its dialer, and priced the month for an agent working aged leads.

Every insurance dialer priced side by side is in the best auto dialer for insurance agents, aged final expense batches priced per issued application are in the best dialer for life insurance agents, and the whole category is in the best power dialer software and the cheapest power dialers.

| AI Tools add-on | +$10/mo | Ringy’s AI features, priced as introductory |

| Local number | $1/mo | Toll-free numbers $10 a month |
Read on ringy.com/pricing and Ringy's knowledge base, October 29, 2026. The pricing page shows "$119/mo" without a per-user statement.
So the three bills an agent actually sees: $119 on the base plan while calls stay inside 1,000 minutes, $189 with the Power Dialer, and $199 with the dialer and AI. An agent who works the base plan’s progressive dialer at 200 dials a day bills roughly 2,310 minutes a month, which puts the base plan near $133 before the dialer add-on ever comes up.
Ringy power dialer vs DialSheet: one agent's month
| Setup | Lines | 100 a day | 200 a day | 300 a day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DialSheet Pro, parallel, own Twilio | 2–5 | $72 | $115 | $156 |
| DialSheet Pro, single-line Power Dial | 1 | $56 | $83 | $109 |
| Ringy + Power Dialer | 1 | $189 | $189 | $189 |
| Ringy + Power Dialer + AI Tools | 1 | $199 | $199 | $199 |
| Ringy base, progressive dialer, metered past the pool | 1 | $122 | $133 | $145 |
One agent a month, 21 working days. DialSheet: one Pro seat plus that agent's own Twilio from perRepTelephony() (25% of dials reach voicemail, 10% reach a person for three minutes, both call legs, one number), plus answering machine detection at $0.0075 a dial on parallel. Ringy base, our estimate: billed minutes at the same mix, rounded up per call (Ringy does not publish how it rounds), past 1,000 at $0.01, plus one $1 number. Ringy read October 29, 2026.
On one line DialSheet costs less than Ringy with its dialer up to about 607 dials a day. On parallel lines, where every leg bills minutes and voicemail detection, it costs less up to about 380 dials a day. Past that, Ringy’s flat $189 with unlimited minutes is the cheaper bill, though it is still one call at a time.

Can Ringy dial more than one line?
No, and Ringy says so itself. Its knowledge-base article on the progressive and power dialers, read today, says the dialer cannot call multiple leads at the same time, and that starting a second call from the same account on another device logs the first one out. Ringy’s Power Dialer picks the next lead for you by routing rules and hides the queue; its progressive dialer shows the list and dials the next number when a call ends.
That matters on aged leads, where most dials ring out or reach a voicemail greeting. A parallel dialer rings two to 5 leads at once, screens out the greetings and hands you the first person who says hello. In DialSheet that is part of the $29 seat.

Is Ringy priced per user? What a team pays
Ringy’s pricing page does not say. One of Ringy’s own older articles describes a flat rate; reviews from this year (PitchPrfct, June 2026; SellifyGPT, September 2026) report $119 and the $70 dialer per user, and the one-active-call rule means two agents dialing at once need two logins. Ask Ringy in writing before you add anyone. On the per-user reading:
| Team | Ringy + Power Dialer | DialSheet Pro, 200 power dials an agent a day |
|---|---|---|
| 1 agent | $189 | $83 |
| 3 agents | $567 | $249 |
DialSheet seats are $29 each (softwareMonthly()), plus each agent's own Twilio usage at the mix above. Ringy per user is the reviews' reading, not Ringy's stated terms.
A team on DialSheet also gets lead assignment or a shared pool, a caller ID pinned per agent, shared scripts and a dashboard of dials, connects, appointments and talk time per agent.
What Ringy does that DialSheet does not
- Inbound: Ringy includes free inbound calls and texts. DialSheet has no inbound phone system, IVR or queues.
- Texting and drips: Ringy bundles SMS and email drip campaigns. DialSheet is built around the outbound call.
- Lead distribution: Ringy routes incoming leads to agents by rules. DialSheet assigns leads to agents or a shared pool.
- Flat minutes: with the dialer add-on Ringy’s minutes are unlimited; DialSheet’s are metered on your Twilio, so past about 380 parallel dials a day Ringy costs less.
- No contact data and no predictive mode in DialSheet; you bring the leads you bought.

Who runs on it
An insurance agency runs 1,000 calls a month, retained month over month. Also: a nine-rep calling floor, and a customer's own story on its own site.

Ringy or DialSheet: which should an insurance agent buy?
DialSheet
A final expense, life or health agent who dials aged or purchased leads all day. About $83 at 200 power dials a day, a two-to-5 line parallel dialer and AI summaries in the same $29 seat, cancel any month.
DialSheet
An agency adding 3 or more agents. About $249 a month for 3 agents at 200 dials a day, against $567 if Ringy bills per user.
Ringy
An agent who parallel-dials more than 380 leads a day, every day. Its $189 covers unlimited minutes, so the flat price beats metered calling at that volume, on one line.
Ringy
An agent whose day is texting, drips and inbound leads from vendors. SMS and email drips, lead distribution and free inbound calls and texts are in the base plan.
Ringy pricing questions
How much does Ringy cost?
Ringy's pricing page shows one plan at $119 a month after a free trial, with 1,000 outbound minutes and 1,000 texts included (then $0.01 a minute and $0.01 a text) and local numbers at $1 a month. Add-ons: Power Dialer +$70 (unlimited minutes, call scripting included), Call Scripting +$10, AI Tools +$10. With the dialer it is $189; with the dialer and AI, $199. Google still shows an older $109 figure. Read on ringy.com October 29, 2026. DialSheet, for comparison, is $29 a seat with a parallel dialer and AI call summaries included, plus your own Twilio usage.
How much is the Ringy dialer?
The Ringy Power Dialer is a $70 a month add-on, so $189 with the base plan. It adds unlimited voice minutes, unlimited recording, voicemail drops and call scripting. The base plan already has a progressive dialer on the Pipeline and Leads pages that dials the next number when a call ends; on that plan minutes past the included 1,000 cost $0.01 each. An agent at 200 dials a day bills roughly 2,310 minutes a month, about $133 on the base plan.
Is Ringy priced per user?
Ringy's pricing page says "$119/mo" and does not say per user. Ringy's own knowledge base says a second call from the same account on another device logs the first one out, so each agent who dials at the same time needs their own login, and third-party reviews (PitchPrfct, June 2026) report the price per user. Ask Ringy before you add a second agent. If it is per user, 3 agents with the dialer are $567 a month.
Can Ringy dial multiple lines at once?
No. Ringy's knowledge base states that its dialer cannot call multiple leads at the same time; it is a one-line power dialer and a progressive dialer. For two to 5 lines at once you need a parallel dialer: DialSheet includes one in the $29 seat, and WAVV, Mojo and Kixie sell three- or four-line versions.
Is Ringy a good CRM for insurance agents?
It is a reasonable one if you want an all-in-one: CRM, SMS and email drips, lead distribution, free inbound calls and texts, and a flat price with unlimited calling once you add the $70 dialer. Where it falls short for an outbound agent working aged leads is one line at a time and add-ons for scripts and AI. DialSheet is the cheaper pick for that agent: about $83 a month at 200 dials a day with a parallel dialer in the seat; Ringy stays ahead on texting and inbound.
What is a cheaper alternative to Ringy for insurance agents?
DialSheet: free for one person, with a list of up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month, and Pro at $29/month per seat with a two-to-5 line parallel dialer, recordings and AI call summaries, month to month on your own Twilio at ~$0.014/min. One agent power-dialing 200 aged leads a day is about $83 a month against Ringy's $189. Ringy's bundled minutes win past about 380 parallel dials a day, and for agents who live in SMS drips and inbound calls.
