Webhooks: every finished call posts to a URL you choose
One event, call.completed, carrying status, duration, recording, transcript, AI summary, outcome, notes and the lead's details. Pro.
Settings → Integrations → Developer → Webhooks, or POST /api/v1/webhooks with an API key. Up to ten endpoints. The event is sent once per call, answered or not, inbound or outbound, parallel legs included, at least two minutes after the call ends and, for answered calls, once the transcript and summary are in.
Every delivery is signed with X-DialSheet-Signature. Send test event posts a made-up call so GoHighLevel, Zapier or Make can map the fields before a real one arrives. Failed deliveries retry for about 14 hours.
