Take a lead off your Do Not Call list from inside the dialer
When a dial is refused because the lead is on your Do Not Call list, you can remove it right there and keep calling, without leaving the session.
A number only turns out to be on your Do Not Call list when you dial it. Until now the way off was the lead's page or the bulk button on Leads, which meant leaving your session for one lead.
In Power Dial, a lead on the list shows a red card above Start Call that says On your Do Not Call list. Click Remove from Do Not Call, then Yes, remove and dial, and the lead is cleared for your whole team and dialed right away.
In the parallel dialer, a lead skipped as On DNC list in the session log has a Remove and dial next button. Confirm it and the lead goes into the next batch.
Only the lead's owner or a team admin can remove a lead from the list. Free on every plan.
