Parallel dialing on a DialSheet line from day one
A DialSheet line now runs the parallel dialer at 2 lines without business verification, with your recorded voicemail message on the session. Verify your business with Twilio to run 3.
Until now a DialSheet line could not run the parallel dialer until Twilio had verified your business. That is over: pick 2 lines, make sure a voicemail message is on the session, and dial. Verifying your business under Settings → Twilio unlocks 3 lines; Twilio usually approves within a day.
New lines ramp up for their first 3 days: 70 parallel dials, then a 5-hour break, then 70 more. Power Dial has no limit, so keep calling there in between. Verifying your business ends the ramp-up at once.
Why the limits: a brand-new line that opens several lines at once is what carriers read as robodialing, and a flagged line is yours to lose. Two lines with a voicemail message on every machine is the shape that has never been flagged.
