Live board, listen in and whisper
The Team page shows who is on a call right now. The team owner can listen to a live call and whisper to the rep without the prospect hearing.
Live now is a card per member: On a call with the lead, company and a running clock, Parallel, Dialer open, or Offline, refreshed every five seconds, plus the last call and when the dialer last checked in.
It is for the team owner only; reps and admins who are not the owner do not see it. Call stats stay as they were for everyone.
