Import several people who share one office number
A second contact on a number already in your list used to be skipped as a duplicate. Now you can bring them all in.
Several prospects at one company often share a switchboard or office line. Until now the second one was skipped as a duplicate of the first, and the only way through was a workaround.
In the Map CSV Columns dialog, under Duplicates, tick Import people who share a number. A row whose Company Phone is already on your list but whose Name is a different person's comes in as its own lead. The dialog tells you how many more leads that adds before you import.
Map the Name column for this to work. The same name on the same number is still one lead, and a matching email still counts as the same person.
