Import notes with your leads
Map a Notes column when you import a CSV and each cell lands on the lead as a note, so your old sheet's context is on screen when you call.
The Map CSV Columns dialog has a Notes card. Headers named Notes, Comments, Remarks or Description map themselves.
To add notes to leads already on your list, upload a file with just Phone and Notes, map both, and pick "Update them with this file's details". Only the note is added. The same note is never added twice.
