First and last name columns import as one name
A sheet that splits the contact into First Name and Last Name now maps both by itself, and the lead lands with a full name, so the dialer greets you with who picked up instead of Unknown.
Most CRM exports (Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce) split the contact into two columns. Until now the Map CSV Columns dialog only knew a single Name column, so those files imported leads with no name and the parallel dialer showed Unknown when someone answered.
Upload the file and the dialog maps First Name and Last Name on its own; you can also pick First name or Last name from any column's dropdown. The lead gets one name made of both.
Already imported a list like this? Upload the same file again, keep First name and Last name mapped, and pick Update them with this file's details in the Duplicates box. Only the blank names fill in; your calls, notes and statuses stay as they are.
