Connect DialSheet to HubSpot
Turn agreed next steps into HubSpot tasks and email drafts.
Connect your HubSpot account in Settings → Integrations. New calls appear on matching contacts with the outcome, duration, notes, and AI summary when available. Later notes and summaries update the same activity.
When a recorded conversation includes an agreed follow-up, DialSheet can prepare a categorized task or email draft with the relevant quote. Review it in DialSheet or add the DialSheet next steps card to your HubSpot contact layout. The card opens drafts in HubSpot’s email composer, which requires a connected inbox.
Review each task first, or enable automatic tasks due in 24 hours when no timing was agreed. Requests with a stated time stay for review. Email drafts always need a person to send them.
