Call recording and AI summaries can be switched off
Two account-level switches under Settings → Privacy, both on by default: Record calls, and AI call summaries.
Record calls off stops Twilio recording outbound calls at all. AI call summaries off keeps the recordings and stops transcription, the summary, the suggested outcome, next steps, script scoring and coaching notes.
Recording off takes AI with it, since there is nothing left to transcribe.
