What this covers
DialSheet (www.dialsheet.io) is a power dialer and CRM for sales teams. This page explains what data we collect when you use it, why we collect it, and who else processes it on our behalf. Questions go to abhi@paperkites.co or the chat on our site.
What we collect
- Account data. Your email address and a password, or your Google account email if you sign in with Google. We see your name and email from Google, nothing else.
- Lead data you upload. Names, phone numbers, emails, and notes in the lists you import or create. This is your data. We store it so the dialer can work through it, and we do not use it for anything else.
- Call activity. Call logs, outcomes, durations, and notes you type. If you use call recording where available, recordings are stored so you can play them back.
- Billing data. Payments run through Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
- Usage basics. Page analytics (via Vercel Analytics) and where signups come from, so we know what is working.
Who processes it
We run on a small set of processors: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Twilio (calling — either your own Twilio account that you connect, or a managed line we provision for you), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in, if you use it). Support chat messages are processed by an AI model to draft replies. We do not sell your data or your leads' data to anyone.
Your leads' data
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to call the people on your lists. We act as a processor for that data: we store it, we dial it when you tell us to, and we delete it when you delete it or close your account.
Deletion
Delete leads or lists any time in the app. To delete your whole account and its data, email abhi@paperkites.co from your account address and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it here with a new date.
